just deleted my game to reinstall as it hanged. However, cannot find it anywhere in apple store!
Now my game is totally lost and screwed. GREE please comments on this and get my game back!!!

thanks god! I found it under the purchase tab. Gave me a rude shock as it's not found at the usual place.

Point to note : if I had been a totally new player I might not be able to find it anywhere in my local apple store.
Just tested it using my spare iPhone, it's not there.
Is GREE slowly cooking something that we don't know. Beware and bewarned.

Not sure if this is just a glitch or following along with what was posted by Samskill...but try clicking on gems to buy some...black screen, nothing available to purchase

I have a blank screen also. In CC i only have 1 option to buy gold, a vault.lol

I'm a lurker (lol) so unable to post new threads. But maybe should about the gem purchases, or lack there of, and see if they give a response?

Can you provide some more specific information? You should be able to purchase gems.

We are NOT shutting down any games currently. Please quit trying to start conspiracy theories in the forums.

Im on a Apple phone, and its just a blank screen to buy gems, Also Crime City only gives me 1 option to buy gold, a Vault.

Conspiracy theory? Not quite...

Your game is no longer available for download in the Apple App store unless you previously have downloaded it and re-install from the previous purchases page. As a new item, it no longer exists.

As for specific information re: the gems. Open the game, from the main page click the + sign next to your gems....ADD FUNDS is a black screen. Nothing available to purchase. No gems, no gold, nada. At first I thought maybe it was just me, but other people in my guild have the same thing, as well as friends in other guilds, as well as the poster above who is a total stranger, who also confirmed that the same thing is happening in Crime City, a game I do not play anymore so cannot confirm.

Legends at War...Dragon Quest...conspiracy theory or following the trend of what happened in other Gree games?

Tadaaah,

the buy gems screen is blank. Not starting any conspiracy theories, just a fact that we are currently unable to purchase gems (or gold if anyone is dumb enough to pay real money for that)

That could be it as well...maybe Apple has shut down Gree purchases and it's not the company themself. I'm not trying to stir up $hit Tadaaah, I'm telling you the facts about the game.

I still have ka in my ap store (USA) so far Samskill is the only one to say they did not have it in their store (singapore)

While I understand your immediate reaction that my post is "starting a conspiracy theory" it is not very fair. Scroll down a few forums and you can see the reactions of players to a game that literally "poof" vanished without any forewarning. On top of that, there was a sale and promotion to buy gems on sale for war right before the "designers decided that no new content for the game would be made as they focus on other titles".

We all get it (well most of us). You have a task in which 97.5% of the stuff you are forced to read and respond to is negative, derogatory, angry and threatening posts from unhappy people. You probably don't get paid anywhere near what you should for the aggrevation of what your job entails.

But the fact remains that the add funds screen is blank. The main (only? other than advertising) source of income for the game was taken away. That can't bode well for the status of the game and it's players. You don't see stores turn away people with cash in their hands wanting to come in and buy something.

Add in the fact that the game was removed from downloading (although maybe that is just overseas and not in the US) and it's only fair that we question it and want to know what's going on. We are the ones who invest time and money into the game. And we also see what happened to the same people as us in one of Gree's other games less than 2 weeks ago.

Please advise what is going on to your customers

I can confirm that the game is now back in apple store. Before that, I had cross check with four different account / devices
And ka is no where to be found. Someone probably switch it back on. Haha
However, the gem/gold purchase page is a total blank!! Moderators go check it out.

The comment was made in regards to players saying we are shutting the game down; not to the blank screen for buying gems. Apologies that was not clear. Additionally, it was not directed at any single person, but a reminder to everyone. At times we need more information in order to communicate and find out what is happening. Especially in cases like these, that are not in-house. Again, thanks for your reports and patience as we work with Apple to get this resolved.

You suddenly appear and become defensive when it is suggested that there is a conspiracy theory, in relation to KA.; yet, you and your team, remain silent when asked for simple things, such as the war results. What do you expect? You can't have your cake and eat it. People spend good money on this game; right or wrong. Your customer service is reflected in the irony of your username. Not defensive, just merely trying to explain what the statement was directed. Constructive statements are always welcome, but making assumptions does not help anyone. It often just causes panic. Average response times in both the forums and on support tickets have been reduced over the last couple of months. We will continue to work towards those dropping further. We try to make it to all threads on the forums. Unfortunately, that is impossible. Thanks for expressing your concerns.

On the topic: We still have not received an update from Apple on this, but we will post as soon as the information is obtained.

Is this in relation to the many complaints and demands of refunds from KA a few months back and LoW over the last few weeks, and apple had decided no more in game purchases?

The first...ok we deal with it.

Any update? Getting to the point in RB when gems are going to be needed to be used, and the ones we have are going to be wayyyy more valuable if more can't be bought any time soon.

My guild mate is reporting that his password is not being accepted when he tries to buy gems. Is this an outlier, or are any others in the community experiencing this?

Apple ID Password is the same for all Buys you do. He should contact Itunes support about that issue.
