What does the 3 x stamina and 3x energy on the anniversary prize splash screen refer to?

You should have have 3 Energy Refills and 3 Stamina Refills in your Inventory.
Menu > Inventory > Special

But... They are refills as defined and limited by GREE:

Stamina is 50
Energy is 1000

...regardless of how much energy or stamina you have from allotting your Skill Points into each.

IOW, if you only have 45 stamina, you'll only get 45, not 50.
And, if you have 3000 energy, you'll only get 1000 energy when you use the refill, not 3000.
