Connection Issues

Have you been encountering issues with connection? I have been encountering issues with initial load and close of events and attacks. This issue happens the first 2 times I have been attempting to Load or Close the current events (Epic Boss, Raid, etc.). It doesn't seem that I am losing any data but this connection issue happens every time after opening from a Soft Close and even from Quitting in-game.

Is anyone else encountering similar issues when loading events? I have submitted a ticket, but by the time they respond there is a new event and it happens for that one too (responded to the ticket with the similar issue per event).

There were terrible connection issues for a lot of people.

It's so frustrating.

The most reliable connection error has been happening for awhile. A match would start, and you'd be able to go to the war screen, but once you try to go anywhere else then you'd get stuck on a loading screen. You'd have to force close the game and reopen it just to get a battle going.

That would happen randomly at other points during war as well, like Frenzy...

I'd be in a battle, and it would get to Frenzy. A minute or two left in Frenzy and it would be close...and, connection error. Stuck on loading screen. Have to force close and restart, just to find that the match is over. Hopefully we won, sometimes we didn't.

The connection errors are asinine and I'm pretty close to hanging it up, for this and other reasons.

I've encountered an upswing of connection issues during this war only...I wrote it off as "historic number of players mobbing the servers for the Harlequin Roguegear".

I'll post a ticket if the issues continue, but I expect they'll calm down now that the event is past.

I do not think they plan on correcting your problems with connection since they do not reply to your questions. It the hope that they do one day I like to add that my connection problem is a bit different in nature. I can play for awhile than after going to another screen (normally to the waking of the epic boss but sometimes in other areas also) I get kicked out. I load the game again only to find out the progress I made has been lost. I am not sure if this is caused because I have my account bind or not but the game needs to be stable. The frustration of losing your progress is so disheartening.
