Just got one myself today. Copy paste generic reply on the leader board issue for wd being resolved and now working. Wasn't even the issue I originally sent in, they have diff event name, diff prize and then the pasted response of ldr board being solved. I sent a reply to the ticket asking why I had even gotten such a response when nothing they replied with had any bearing on my original issue lol.
