I dont play cc but for refunds on ios its still fairly easy, open itunes (must be on PC) click on purchase history then click on each individual large gold purchase and select report problem, Fill in the blanks about game not working as it should etc and you will recieve full refund into your bank account (if paid by card) or itunes account (if paid by itunes voucher) within 10 days. Itunes are authorised to make these refunds as there is so many problems with the game.
