All the customer can reply me is I was not in the faction when my faction finished off the event.
But I only jump faction when i realise that I did not get the 3rd day boss event reward to go to another faction and try to get it but I still did not get it.
Have sent in numerous tickets but all the customer can reply is i was not in the faction.
Could Gree check properly and reward me with the rewards?
Wrapper for 100 and 150 bosses plus 5 days faction boss rewards.
Latest ticket that I have sent in: #1830822.
