I know. I'm in the same boat as you. Sending a ticket in every 24 hours and still have not gotten one response. I don't think they have many people working on tickets any more. Before I use to get a response within 24-30. Even if it wasn't fixed yet they sent me an email, but now NOTHING

And when/if they do correct it, it will be after WD and they will say that the units wouldn't have made a difference. Yet having a 20% air def boost would make a difference for me

Same here. I'm not sure which one I didn't get, but my faction finished and everyone got it but me. My goals still show 4/5. I think it was the last one I didn't get because I didn't get the slash screen. Either way, the goal doesn't show complete. I did not over jump or whatever during the event. Ugh.

same here but at ltq, i didnt get THE individual unit, so im missing that one plus Wrapper, hope gree solve this problem soon, because looks like its happening every time to more and more players.

Still haven't heard back from support. It's been 4 days now but other players have gotten responses to their tickets. This proves that Gree no longer cares

Still nothing. No reply from Gree. Way to support your players. All you need to do is reply to the tickets and say we are looking to fix te problems and award all units to all players at once. We will keep you updated.... But that's obviously TOO much work
