No offence mate, but I wish they would lock these threads with a response to you asap and then go and kick the living expletive out of their customer service devision.

Who cares about getting a response anymore it'll always be the same thing, we're sorry this happened and we'll look into it now give us more money

Looks like they've responded to you today. Please provide them with the information in which they are asking. Additionally, the forums are not the place to try and 'push' tickets. Thanks.
