If gree puts all the mods some if you want like +1 mod and other building mods it's gonna be stupid , why ? Because mods like those should be Rare and it makes the game a bit more fun

You're right it'd be stupid if everybody had every desirable bonus, but it's almost as stupid to restrict them all to just the top three syndicates.

Being able to do more than four hits every two hours in war, and upgrade multiple buildings didn't let me boot the top teams off their perch in KA, nor does it in MW.

Yep ...nothing fun nor exciting to recieve only Attack mods now new trend Defensive mods. Allowing others to build iph only brings a challenge to see higher iph elsewhere not only top team. It's already in KA and MW and it's created no imbalance in game. It also allows you to be more competitive cause if not on a top team at least you can purchase ingame weapons to work on stats! Bring it on Gree !!!

go blow it out of your Butt, i left sas3 to join sas4 so i dont have to flush money down the toilet anymore. just cause your RICH and in TAW doesnt make u any better than anyone else here. as a matter of fact that just makes u a p**** in my books. offering a +1 building upgrade for the 90% of people that play this game for free and dont have unlimited funds like yourself and the rest of the hackers from taw. is a great idea. cause that would give yall the ability of upgrading 3 at a time. guess u dont want that.

I think a lot of people are missing the point with this mod. It's only "rare" because gree made it rare. There is no actual reason not to release it to the public. Other gree games have already proven that it won't create an imbalance in any way. It will only make this tedious game a little more fun.
