Raid boss attack

Ok- my allies/guild see my attack as 25 mil +/- a couple thousand.
My single raid boss attack is only around 20 mil - why the difference??
And while I'm at it why can't we just see all players boosted attack and not just rivals??

For the, oh, hundredth time or so, the Raid Boss goes off of your Unboosted Attack. This is the RAW power of your units BEFORE ANY BOOSTS.. It's not the same as the Epic Boss.
