[Feedback] What Additional Sub-Forums Would You Like to See?

We are continually trying to improve the user experience, both in the game and here in the forums. A number of folks have mentioned that they feel particular forums are cluttered, thus making it difficult to find the information you need. In an effort to keep the forums clean and organized, making it easier to gather important feedback, and provide you with relevant information, we are open to adding additional relevant sub-forums.

If you are interested in seeing additional sub-forums added to the Crime City forum, please let us know which one(s) and why you think it would be a good idea. We will only add ones that make the most sense, so please keep that in mind when making suggestions.

How about an Event Forum. Always seems to clutter the forum with questions and complaints during the events like raid bosses and wars.

How about a suggestions forum? But not the one like A&F made, that wasn't stickied and got lost and ignored, but one that actually gonna be passed to the developers or at least commented on.
In other words - better communication between supply (what you develop) and demand (what we want to see in the game).

We are working on both, but remember we do not touch the code, so when we report an issue or make a feature request, it will take some time to see that implemented.

How about the two most obvious subforums to keep the game running efficiently:

1) Suggestion/ideas subforum to improve the game (no need to elaborate)
2) Report bugs/issues with the game (could keep it private so other ppl won't be able to exploit)

I've never found the General forums to be too cluttered to find info.
Better than adding a new subforum, make the forum search function functional.

Tickets are the best way to go for reporting bugs, glitches, and issues ingame.
I don't want a "private" subforum.

I know we have our fourm mod's who give us information, how about letting the guys that actually write the code let loose on us, even if just in the suggestions fourm, they are the best judges of whether something is feasible and potential to be implemented.

It also saves our fourm mod's time

Clementine, this isn't exactly actually a subforum suggestion, more of a suggestion to change your forum platform solution. Worth a look, I think it would help separate noise from information.

I think a Suggestions sub forum is a great idea and seems to be the one most people in this thread want.. (With the exception of the politics guy) but instead of the forum mods Tadaaah and Clementine, the game developers should have a look and give feedback, even though we appreciate whenever the forum mods pass on our suggestions to the developers. That was maybe it wouldn't take as long to see some of our ideas 'implemented'.

Since I just started an account. I don't see anything that is updated to help out. For example, the Anniversary event currently going on. According to Gree.. If I'm level 10, I should be able to be in the events. I am level 12 and the event is not showing up. Is this a problem with my Account or with Gree.

Go in-game>Bottom right notepad icon>More...>Help>Contact Support (top left)

A 'ticket' is basically just an email sent to GREE player support. You tell them what happened and politely ask for a refund or prize you did no receive etc..

The past 3 tickets I have sent in were for accidental gold purchases and all 3 times I got a refund for my gold.. but I've seen others never get a refund. So a tip for sending in tickets- use proper grammar, ask politely (don't demand anything) and if they still give you the BS response of 'we will look into this issue but unfortunately we can't help refund your gold' ask them why.. I did that the first time they said that and they refunded my gold :)

At the very end of the Game Forum list, there is also a forum, called "Technical (All Platforms)", where you can post issues to be ignored.

Lmao no problem, the funny thing was they completely ignored my question as to why they couldn't refund my gold and they just refunded it, but I can't complain cuz I got my gold back :D

And I'm in Secret Society, and that's my att/def stats

I don't personally have any contact with other syns but if you scroll through the syndicate recruitment section of the forums or put up your stats in the 'free agents' thread I'm sure you'll find a syndicate that'll gladly accept you.

Also, gold is what gets you far in this game (badly enough) but just watch all the videos you can and try some of the tapjoy offers and you'll get there in no time.

Activity is another big thing.. Be as active as you can,

Whatever you want to do with your game I guess.. some players use them in buildings to build up their IPH while others save them for events to build up their stats like me. Use it wisely though, especially if you're a free player as chances to get free gold are running out

Notwithstanding regardless anyway , for it's more or less authority unequalled real occurrence I couldn't instigate but feel it was inordinately haphazard.
