It has been brought to our attention that some users are not receiving their activation email when they sign up for the forums, and thus are unable to activate their account . Thus far we have been unable to pinpoint the cause, however we do know that it happens more frequently for those users who signed up with a Hotmail email address. So what do you do if this happens to you?
1. If you used a Hotmail email address, please change to a non-Hotmail email and request that the system resends the activation email.
2. If you still do not receive the activation email, or you did not use a Hotmail email address, log on and send a PM to Sirius with the subject [Forum Activation Request]. In the body of the email include your Username and when you signed up for the forums. We will then grant you access to the forums*.
3. Please do NOT send a request/report to Support.
*Please note that if you send a request on the weekend we will be unable to respond to the request until Monday. Additionally during the week it may take up to 48 hours to respond to all requests. We appreciate your patience.
