No. Because the next step after pay to collect automatically is. Pay to collect.
I can already See it. Pay 1 gold to collect from this buiding! Then beacuse of a glitch you don't know the building was raided and only get a small portion of the cash from it.

What's the button have to do with players collecting there buildings or raids? It's make it easier to collect and not one by one taking forever to do...

As an aside - I love the 'collect all' button. It's a big middle-finger to all you guys out there with 100M/100M A/D and 56k IPH. Get off my back and outta my base, monkeys!
