Has anyone else seen this and if so are the stats boosted or some gree glitch as usual?

I had like 15 of them after the raid,Not sure if it made a difference. Already used em all.

I noticed these also and am curious if they have an actual bonus or not.

I have not see them yet

Some of our Guild got them, but said that they didn't seem to give any extra boost amount (other than the usual).
