What happens when a syn is abandoned?

As the title says, what happens if nobody is in a syndicate? Does it get deleted?

What I would really like to know is if I create a syndicate and then buy some bonuses but then jump out, am I able to come back if I'm the only one that was ever in the syn?

I would think if you left it with no one in it, it would be disbanded. You would have no one to accept you.

If you have access to a computer go on bluestacks and make a guy just to hold it and accept you back in

Ah, I always wondered what happened to my syndicate when I left it upon being invited to join a (much) higher ranking one. Too bad they get deleted, though, I had a good 300 bricks in there.
