I'd just settle for an event being released on time, with the rewards as originally indicated, that ran for the time as advertised, and rewarded promptly when the event ends with due notification in game. A lot to ask for I suppose...just saying, if it was me, I'd have the event prepped an ready to go a week before it starts (with testing)... minimum... but what do I know though, I'm just a lowly Business Manager after all and would have no idea how to give Customer Service or Satisfaction...
