Sorry for the delay but, here is the new Celestial Dragon of wind. This one fell from the stars and needs to be defeated.

Be sure to defeat this dragon before it leaves on August 5th. Don't forget to craft the armor for the Celestial Dragon Collection.

I plan to have this boss defeated for the regular and plus version armor.
