How to change Guild Name?

Can any kind soul advise on how can I change my guild name? I cannot simply edit the current guild name even though I'm the founder. What are the steps I need to take. Thanks in advance.

Send in a ticket to customer support.
Founders cannot change the guild name; GREE needs to do this.
