Guild Raid Bosses - Scavenger Army Raid August 1-4

Ready for Guild Raid take 2? The Scavenger Army dogs are on the loose and needs to be defeated. Set your Guild sights for the number 1 spot.

This event starts August 1st (11am PDT) and ends on the 4th (11am PDT). These bosses seem to be all Spirit so get your fire gear ready.

There have been bumps and glitches in the previous Guild Raid, hopefully this runs smoothly and my guild might do well. Now that I know how the raid functions it might turn out differently.

The community was begging for Raids because the game was getting stale. Time to admit that the community was wrong.

Raid Bosses can be fun when you have a variety of attacks, and you can run around to use some kind of strategy when a bunch of players fight a Boss all at once...but you can't do that in KnD, so Raid Bosses are just a bad idea for KnD.

Who wants to watch your knight fight an EB for hours and hours over the weekend? It's not fun. Thank you very much, GREE, for listening to us and giving us Raid Bosses, but we were wrong. Scrap it.

Sol, I understand your point, but disagree. I think the Raid Boss is very good for guilds. The reason is that it provides another avenue to obtain gear for leveling EB, EB+, and epics. I realize that many people have more "stored/stocked" gear than they need to level up their shiny epics, but some of us do not, nor are we ever close to reaching a rank/reward position to obtain said shiny epic. Just my thoughts though.

Why should I waste a single penny on gems or waste my time with it when most still havent recieved the correct rewards?

Yes, raid is good for newer players and non serious players. I also agree that it's boring for serious players. I finished top 100 in the first one on android but didn't have any fun doing it. If I finish that high in this one, it's because my guild needs the points for top 25.

Well, that's the disadvantage of having 1 global server: you are locked into events that last multiples of 24 hours, which makes it boring quickly...

It's great for new players, something they CAN participate in. If the high-Lvl peeps are bored, they can take the week off, save their gems and have twice as many for that next T10, T25 push. :)

Wha. Sol doesn't like raids so its bad for the community.

I've played multiple games with team functions. Why is this a bad thing? You don't like rewards? Don't participate. Don't want to fight a boss all weekend? Don't participate. Don't like Sol... troll the forums.

Is this one really going to last another 3 days? My patience for this last Raid event wore out within the first 3 hours. I'll admit the rewards are decent, but beating the same enemy over and over and over and over is just mind-numbing and more boring than watching paint dry.

Other games have 3-4 day raids, with multiple parts.

Its all about what you want to do.

There's still a lot of people who haven't even tried this kind of event, so saying the whole community was wrong is a bit of an over statement, that being said looking forward to my first raid event...again

So far this is what I encountered:

Scouted Raid boss > Attacked Once > Following attacks, Encountered Error Code:1 for no internet connection

It seems like a early glitch for no internet connection. I hope this gets fixed soon as I encounter this type of issue with other features as well. Running on WIFI with premium steady service.

Getting the same error code 1. Force stop allows to fight the boss again, however all points are not being stored. The points are resetting after each attack.

WHat is going on with the network on this raid! Getting kicked off every time I finish an energy. Scores not showing as recordin although rats energy is going down? Help!

i can say i had zero bugs this war - and got my rewards, and everythign was fine. are you people in stable connected areas?

i guess i did find one bug, if i had my game minimized, and brought it back up, there was a strip of white at the top, and the rest was black until i force closed it.

Apart from connection issues and milestones points resetting at the start, one member still didn't get his rewards. He gets a screen that he was not in guild that ranked in raid, his points won't show up, too.

This is the second time we haven't received rewards for playing. Our guild was ranked, yet again we got no rewards. We spent gems on this, and it is becoming tiresome. Fix this or we stop playing.
