Why when a quest says active can't it start

Why when a quest says active can't it start right there and then all this pissing around pissing me off .:mad:

Suppose it be the same as usual Europe quests will start when we are asleep.

Same bs here. First you think: lets hard close the app a couple of times. Then: maybe nxt hr. Then: let's try reinstall, still nothing. Two hours of 'active' quests -> still nothing for real.

Off to bed i guess 😕

Started just have to restart KA a few times for all the quests to show up.
