Faction Reward for Top 250: Is this supposed to be a reward?

When attacking, your target will have a reduction in alliance size.

Dropping him to 2982. (3000-18)

If you are top 250 do you still get the rewards from top 750 and 1000? Or do you only get the one for the tier that you are in. Would only make sense if you got the others that you passed.

You will get all items from each tier for faction.
