This is the third time this happened to me in the past weeks. I lose everything I did a few hours ago. A few levels, epic boss progress, gold collected, armors crafted, materials collected, enhancing done and crafting time.
The first time this happened I lost my raid war rewards. The second time I lost eb progress and this time my horse wargear is lvl 1 again, I lost 5 eb levels, I didn't craft 3* and basics and I didnt collect gold. This is annoying because I just feel like im wasting time. All these bugs make your game close to unplayable imo. And im well aware sending a ticket wont help. Your customer support is nonexistent.

At one time long ago, it was advised to always go to "my knights" and change name, gender or armor on main knight and press "okay" to sync your data to the server before exiting the app. I guess it's such a bunch of spaghetti code that the odds of old bugs popping back up is high... ;-(

i have an issue where they asked me to reload and snapped my winning streaks in area for the 2nd time..ive been asked to wait patiently in this 2-3 days for my compensation to be given for my 1st snapped winning streaks..i havent got any compensation from gree and now it happened for the 2nd time..so whats now?delete and uninstall.the KnD application??

Usually happens when you have a bad internet connection. It is pretty annoying because it is just a bug which they haven't fixed for ages. Often you see that e.g. energy consumption is saved (so you have less energy) while progress is lost. So basically the server can know something went wrong because of the inconsistencies.

this makes no sense, because to literally do anything, your game talks to the server. if it reflashes back, they did it because they thought someone cheated and wanted to push back a set of data, id assume you were unfortunatly to close to their bad data that needed refreshed.
its the same on a minecraft or terraria world - someone griefs your server, you go back in time, even if you had done some cool stuff.

its a possibility. but then again no one replys in any forums. they have awful PR teams. of they have any in the american divisions. they have a nice office tho. they just did some huge renovations... according to the gree in San Francisco website.

Garbage that this happens. I started changing my main knight's gender to "save" my game. Time will tell if this works.

once again, everything you do saves - if they roll back an entire sector in their HDD you may be effected. its unfortunate.

Happened again and I change my knights gender every 10 min now. Can any moderator confirm this is an issue being worked on and I will get my stuff back? Luckily it didn't reset warscore but milestone rewards are gone, eb progress gone arena gone gold gone... im not able to do this event if I keep losing eb progress like this. And no answer to my ticket for a week now

Elita, or whomever the current CM is, the rollback issue is getting worse on my iOS device. Since the last update the game keeps exiting on its own rolling back recent activity. Sometimes in the middle of doing something it just ends for no apparent reason. I also play on an Android device, but I am not experiencing this issue on that device. Is this an issue limited to iOS? Is anyone looking into this issue? While a programmer myself I understand bugs and modifications to code and its ramifications, but the silence on this issue is what is so troubling.
Also, since the last little "patch" the free gem offer is rolling back as well, and/or exiting once clicked. I watched ~ 6 videos yesterday and it didn't log any of them. NOTE: The 6 watched were interspersed throughout me clicking the video option, the game acting like it was going to show a video, then returning me back to the gem offer screen.

I had my first rollback issue last tuesday while i was on the 4g network..
Went to the summoning stone to get the missing last elements to craft this +armor.. paid the 90 gems.. went in to teach my class. Go home and next day see nothing being crafted.. yet my gems are still gone.
The ticket to gree where i spell this issue out, gets me this response:

When summoning a monster from the summoning stone, it isn't the same as it appears randomly as an epic boss, they only get normal drops and no bonuses.

I will pass this bug and information onto the developers and CS team and see what we can find. I know that the team is working hard to get all caught up on the large number of tickets due to the major issue from a couple of weeks ago so there is a bit of a delay in responses. That being said, we definitely don't want you losing any progress so I will make sure this is brought to the attention and looked into. If you have not yet submitted a support request, please do so, and make sure to include as many details as possible including device type (iPhone 4S, iPad Air, etc), iOS version, game and game version, and of course your user ID!
My apologies that this thread went without a response for so long!

Really appreciate the response. Good talking to a human instead of customer support automatic replies asking if i still have the issue (ofc you didnt fix anything yet or compensated me) and how i rate the customer support (****ing terrible).
Hope to be compensated soon because im not touching eb gold or arena now

As a follow-up to my last post. The game self terminating has seemed to stop as soon as the Raid Boss event ended. The glitching in the "free gem" offers also seems to have corrected itself. I am not sure if a stealth patch was released, or if the issues were related to the raid event. Was a change made? If not, please pass this along to the coders.

Happened again. I lost:
Progress and mats on 2nd and 3rd eb so I cant craft the + for this event. I want the keys and cape as compensation.
- A fused druidic dissappeared
-10x full gold collect
-3x arena progress
- a lot of enhancing
-motivation
Yet still no reply from customer support. 2 1/2 weeks its a shame. Clementine whats the deal here? Can I expect compensation or just keep on getting disappointed

Your support cue is additionally backlogged because the agents simply dont understand, or know how to extract the pertinent information that is relayed thru the trouble ticket.
This isnt my first ticket submitted with gree.. and EACH time I receive an answer that has nothing to do with what I submitted. Well.. now I get no reply from anyone there.. but congrats, another closed ticket!

Exactly. Always totally random autoresponses. And never any orm of solution. Also really annoying how fast they close requests and send a how do you rate your support mail.

Yes, during the Raid a guildmate of mine had 2 separate issues. First, his the ability to purchase gems had issues. He had Google Play Cards ready, but everytime he tried to use them, it said this not a valid way to pay. It took Gree only 12 or so hours to resolve this, but it forced him to miss the 40% sale. Great.
So he gets it fixed, there is no sale, he buys 375 gems to hold him off until a sale pops up. The next day, he has used many of his gems, and the sale pops up for the rest of Raid. This is a typical big scorer, a person who has been a big support for Gree for months...he buys a Rainbow, gets it perfectly fine, then buys 800 on top of that. One problem, his 800 never showed up. He send in a ticket with receipts, screen shots, etc... and it has now been 6 days. He has not even received an automate response, let alone a real one.
You guys were able to fix his issue of being unable buy gems, or "give you money," quickly. But as soon as this happened you turned in to a ghost. I would say give it time due to the backlog, but his first issue was resolved within 12 hours. Where is the disconnect?

Their thinking is probably something like "if we give automated/nonsense replies the first time, that cuts our workload by a lot from people who have a real problem, but give up once support doesn't help them first time". So perhaps only the 2nd or 3rd post you do on a ticket gets it to a human, while the 1st, maybe 2nd just get processed by a program that picks a knowledge base answer based on the contents of your ticket, kind of like gmail's basing of ads on mail content... ;-(

I've come up with a solution that appears to have "fixed" the "back in time" issue i was experiencing daily. It's a pain, but each time I really want to save, I change my main knight's gender, change one of my other knight's names, and finally donate $10,000 gold to my guild (I have over 10,000,000 so that's not an issue for me). I really don't know how much longer I feel like keeping that up, though.

I haven't submitted a ticket partly because I don't really care and have been tapering off my playing. The game is just becoming too much of a grind and I'm not really having much fun with it. My guild is the only thing keeping me going these days.

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update that I passed this issue onto the Developers so that they may look into what may be causing loss of progress/rollbacks.
In regards to the Customer Support, I know it is frustrating having to wait for a response. The small team has been quite overwhelmed with the number of tickets, but we did just bring on additional resources which will speed up the response time. In the meantime, if you have submitted a ticket, but have not heard back in over a week, please submit a new ticket, and include as many details as possible including:
User ID
Game Version
Device & OS Version
Date Issue Occurred

4. Raid milestone rewards from 0-8m. I used those to enhance my horde wargear hut the enhance progress was gone as were the armors.
5. A fused druidic. It just disappeared

1. The 175 gems I bought saturday for blitz and still haven't received but you sure did take the money

Kanga, look's like you may FINALLY get your wishes if Clementine helps you out. I know that they are in fact working on it, a guildie finally got his 400 gems yesterday that he lost during the first Raid, so they are in fact still working on reimbursing people.

Ive emailed around 30 times about this same problem for 5 months, now that ive lost 1000+ gems, dozens of EB wins and tons of other progress, they either dont care about players just there money or there specialists that have been supposidly working on the problem need to be fired for incompatense.
Since they release an update that went the last hour of epic boss.challenge and prevented me from collecting cape and last keys, they just cheated me out of items i worked for and earned so its probably both of those reasons.

To Gree: every time i go into the epic boss or arena ranking and start looking at the people on the pages immediately before and after me. the game resets and I looses all the data i had accumulated since logging on. I have to recollect my gold, re-craft armor, re-look at my guild tab,... However all my arena fights, EB fights and fused armors do not reset and to the best of my knowledge I have not lost energy.
this works 100% of the time for me, so I stop looking at individuals game rankings

I am having same issues losing data first was just a few hours but now lost 2 days of data in a row. Character save seem to solve that problem but not for me anymore it does temporarely untill i go to sleep and log out for longer time and when i wake up back 24 hours in data. all data epic boss arena points, crafting, lv up and farming only thing warpoints are unaffected but i spend about 20 gems and i got those back. maybe last war got something to do with it since the connection was never as bad as it normaly is. it all seem to have started around the time they fix the rooting cheat with gems and chest but i never did that or use any other cheat or glitch.

My OIS account suffers the same problem. I watch 15 videos than the game shuts down and once i reopen all my progress is lost, gold, eb, gems (my precious gems are lost) and all my crafting armors. I have to start back a day or two and this really affects my willingness to continue playing.
I would love to have an answer as to why is this happening and forced "saving" does not work btw.

i get this problem one day per week since 4 weeks ago, im tired of this, i lost all since 24 to 48 hours before
I lost for this problem in the last weeks:
- Aprox 100 free gems
- Aprox 10 EB kills every time that happened me
- Lost all arena points (i can do 10k per day)
- Lost Milestone rewards from arena, EB and orc(armors, gems, gold)
- Lost all collected gold
- Lost armors crafting
- Lost rewars after finish orc, guild war and EB
- Lost armors fused, and the worst thing is that i lost a just fused cryptid!!
- Lost my Keys and cape from dragon event that i claimed and that is so annoying!!
practially i lost all and all always happen when i do something important
i sent Emails to Gree and always got "ur problem was solved", i still sending emails and nothing, there arent pretext, i always send all my game information as posible
Gree doesnt matter players, they only want our money!

After having this issue daily, I have been able to forcefully save my game by donating 10k gold to my guild every time I want to save. It's not ideal, but it has been 100% effective.

Had a rollback happen to me yesterday when transferring my game to a new tablet. On the old phone, I had received this past weekend's raid rewards, and even fused a Crptid (yes, I have a SS of it). Later the evening when I transferred the account to the new tablet, I had lost gems, got back almost all the armors I fused earlier in the day, and the Cryptid was gone. Very frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to playing K&D on the new tablet. Now, I am in a holding pattern because I do not want to use the armors I have to fuse/enhance because I am hoping Gree gets this issue resolved, and I don't want them complaining I used armors that, theoretically, shouldn't be there.

Yup, I get gems going missing on a regular basis. I currently have been charged for 1000's of gems, yet had them all go missing.
