won't be possible anyway .. there r a few who already have the +1 modifier. if gree releases it now, they'll be +2 (total 3 builds upgrading) .. correct me if i'm wrong..

Tam would have +3 building upgrade so she could upgrade 4 at a time if this came out. She got one off a case event and one from war.

Incorrect. TW Lui won the case event and FC won the war so in total there are currently 61 people with the +1 upgrade mod.
