For those lucky enough or willing to spend enough gold, how about a wrapper prize on "Collect 10" events? If you complete both the collect 10 and 8/8 goal, then you get a wrapper prize. What ya think?

I could see it working, the prizes you get from collecting all 10 items and 8/8 units aren't amazing, so maybe something a bit more powerful would get people going for these events more.
