My syndicate finished the SLTQ Elite 15/15. The prize popped up saying we got it, but hasn't been added to our inventory and no stat increases. Please fix...

Hearing it's a common problem. Our syndicate has opened tickets with GREE already about it. Some members show the item via individual bonuses or in inventory but the quantity is 0 for the item and others not at all.

Same issue with our syndicate. Some seee the loot as zero items, others dint see it, and looks like some other members received it.
We have opened tickets, but we need to post here to have this fixed for all!!!

Apologies for the delay. The fix is in the works and everyone should be receiving their prize shortly.

Received the prize at last, but a drop in attack was also noted! Was the mod for another prize altered? If so, could you inform us what it was?

Also, a few people in my syn who finished the Individual LTQ as well as SLTQ haven't received the wrapper prize. I hope this will be fixed accordingly too.

Ok for everyone that didn't know any and all duplicate items were removed so their modifiers were also removed.
