Hello Knights!
We are working this issue. GREE is well aware of the number of players affected by the Epic Boss energy issue. If you have updated and the update did not fix the issue, please reply to this thread.
UPDATE: A fix has been deployed for Android players. iOS will continue to experience the issue until the update goes out for them as well. Android players will need exit the game completely and go back in (no delete/reinstall necessary). EB energy lost before the fix is still being reimbursed and will continue to be reimbursed for iOS players. Your tickets will be closed as "resolved" once energy is credited because customer service cannot do anything further at that point other than credit your energy back :/
ANDROID PLAYERS: If the issue still occurs after installing the fix as indicated above, please state that in your ticket. Thanks!

I also had epic boss energy disappear for last week's dragon... then again today for this one.

I was already crafting the first set of armor this morning, and my game loaded with completing an armor set that I finished Monday night! All of my progress is gone. Not to mention all the gold, gems, and keys I had collected since then. I opened a ticket, and got the stupid canned response that they are working on it, but here is my problem...
Do I start over now, pushing really close to the time limit it would take to get enough wins for the EB+, risk screwing up the leveling progression of the boss making it impossible to get enough wins, meaning no EB+ for me in the middle of an event giving rewards for EB+s?
Or...
Do I wait for Gree to fix it, knowing that it took these idiots three days to fix the last glitch (you'd think they would be pro's at glitch fixing by now. God knows they have a butt load of practice), and run out of time to get enough wins for an EB+ in the middle of an event that is giving rewards for EB+s?
Or...
Do I just complain to the Google Playstore about the billionth glitch this ripoff of a game is having?
Really, I'm at a loss here. What do I do?

I also have had problems with my energy, if I start a fight it just keeps the message connecting showing and then it shows no internet connection while I have a solid wifi signal.
if i then open up the boss again my energy is gone and have to wait again for it to replenish and hope it doesn't screw up again.

These are getting gifted individually. Its a long process due to the amount of players who wrote in. Some have received their raid rewards and some have not.

Looks like the new update fixes the energy in all modes so where is the rewards for losing our epic boss energy

I sent in a ticket of support during the raid event concerning missing tier rewards. I received a reply saying that the issue had been closed and nothing was done about the 2 tiers that it showed it gave me rewards for but i never received them.

Twice I got +5 energy when I won against the eb in the low stages, but it wasn't added to my eb energy. Is there a way to fix this too?

When this happened to me, tapping the boss from map mode would refresh to add that 5 energy drop.
So it looks like it doesn't update until you leave the location you were fighting to trigger the boss.

Yesterday I had just beaten level 17 of the eb. When I went into the game, everything was dumped back by about 24 hours. I lost the arena milestone rewards, gems I've gotten since that time (12), gold collected and armors crafted. To top it off, I was back on level 1 of the eb. It'll still be easy enough for me to get the eb+ armor, but it's a pain in the A.

Scabs, it might happen again to you and what's then? I had the same issue 3 times (!) during Cosmos Dragon and 5 elements it's still missing so I can't get the plus version. That's a pain in the A.

Just lost 6 (+7 considering I can't defeat it anymore) epic boss energy due to a crash on the moment I defeated the lvl 37 boss. Boss was at like 9k hp left after using 7 energy, and beated it using 6 energy. Game crashed before the drops and when I relogged boss still has 9k hp left and my epic energy I used to kill was gone.

I encountered something similar last night.
Used 3 energy to attack, finished attack and had to reload. Once reloaded I was missing my energy, and it did not count towards boss win. The boss timer was still active, but I was out of energy.
I did send in a ticket.

This happened to me one time also. Sounds like same exact thing, I beat the EB, but it used my energy and didn't give me a win. I think it had something to do with losing network connection during the fight or right after. Whatever it was, it didn't come back again after that.

Let's see I spend 40+ gems on boss energy for the sale it used my gems but aftera couple fights energy disappeared so is this how the company does business, offer product,sell product, take away product and no refund

Wow, I have literally NEVER had epic boss issues before the update. As soon as it updates and says it fixed all EB energy issues, I lose 25 energy for the fist time ever. WTF!?!?! I am #4 on the leader board, was thinking of pushing in to top 3 but not after that.

Lost EB energy three times today already AFTER the patch...would love to see the gem equivalent back in my pocket. It also makes things very tight to get to 43 since I'm relatively new and just starting to build up my armors.

Clementine, can you please explain why the update stated that the EB energy issues were fixed, yet now I am seeing more issues that before, including with myself. I lost 25 energy, did not submit a ticket because, well, that hasn't worked for me for anything in the past (still waiting on 250 gem refund from first raid).
I just am baffled at how they stated the EB issues were fixed and now there are more than ever...

The best you can do is to request a refund through Google Store. If you bought the gems that is. If not, you cant do much. Its Gree :(

Thanks for the great advice. After several more replies to Gree that all got ignored, I got a refund from Google and they advised me not to give Gree any more money. That's very good advice to follow.

It's happening again :( I bought 65 energy. I used maybe 15 of it and then I won 5 energy from the boss drop and I was suddenly sitting at 10 energy

They patch it - Assure us that the Epic Energy problem is fixed, and THIS???
I Started this eb with 55 energy (I had bought some to finish a milestone on the last eb) got to level 4 using 1 knight - had 2 - 5 energy drops (one from the milestone reward) so I was starting level 4 with 56 energy. The system came up and told me that I helped defeat the last boss, gave me my reward, and I started level 4. My screen flashed and I looked at the screen and noticed that it left me with only 10 energy.
as far as I am concerned, this is outright theft. I PURCHASED gems, and then used them to PURCHASE epic energy. this is the third time over the past two months that this has happened. each time they report that the issues are fixed, and I am dumb enough to believe them.
Sent a ticket, but more than likely they will merely close the ticket as it is something they already know about - that's all they did on my previous issues. :mad:

I battled the boss and it dropped 5 energy and I also hit the first milestone that gives 5 energy. After exiting the battle I see that I only received 5 energy, not 10. I used my remaining energy fighting solo and got no more energy drops. Already down to 1 energy at level 9 (last boss I got to level 16 before running out) I bought 26 energy giving me 27 total. I fought again solo and after the battle when I should have had 24 energy, I only had 10 left. Shorted twice in 2 hours and losing 175 energy last week, I'm not a happy customer. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER GREE!

Gree will ignore you like they did to me and everyone else. Go to Google Play support if you bought those gems. They gave me a refund in a matter of 2 hours.

Are you saying you lost EB energy or that you were reset in progress? These are 2 separate issues and need to be addressed as such. Can you please clarify?

Elita.... No offense intended here. But really? You finally post and this is the response? This is why people are so angy. You didn't give any info. We know there are two separate issues, and this person is just a small example. Why does it matter what their specific issue is? We want to know accross the board what is being done to resolve it. I am one of, and I have heard of SO MANY other people, who never had ANY EB issues until AFTER the patch stating everything was fixed.
Your response is simply a stop gap to say "hey we are looking at the forums and I'll ask a question to make it look like I am intrigued." There are 4 pages of people complaining about EB energy, and that is just the people who actually posted.
Now I do realize it may not be on you, and you're covering for others. So can we please hear from them? The last time one of the Developers came on and commented, he was wrong about LITERALLY EVERYTHING HE SAID, then he got deservedly hammered afterwards and disappeared forever. Great.

Hey B! The reason Elita is asking for you to clarify is so that she can pass that information onto the Developers so that they may continue to troubleshoot this issue. The loss of Energy issue is proving to be VERY difficult to determine the root cause of, and provide a permanent fix. We know that the issue occurs under a specific set of behaviors, but it has been difficult to determine the exact set, and replicate. I know that Elita, and the Developers, continue to work hard on this issue, as it is definitely frustrating for all. If and when you file a ticket (or anyone), it definitely helps to include as many details as possible about your device and what exactly you were doing prior to the issue occurring. It may seem silly, and obvious, but any and every detail helps.
This issue is a top priority for the Developers and I know that they will continue to work on it until it is resolved.

I have reported the epic energy bug multiple times, and I have reported it in detail, but here is how it happens for me:
I start fighting on Skeletons Tomb (normal) until the Epic Boss Appears
I pick my knights to battle the Boss
I click next etc until I get to the Epic Boss and my Knights
I click Fight! and get the lovely wheel (Wheel of Doom) the elements spinning around.
After a period of time I get an error message (must take a picture of the exact message) which says server error
I click Retry, after some time the message appears again, and again
Finally I am kicked back out into the game, and my epic energy has gone.
Hope that helps.

That's because tickets do not get looked at. At least we know Clem has seen it and is attempting to do something about it.
The other way the issue happens, this seems to only happen after energy is bought, not on free energy.
Buy 50 Energy
Fight EB with 1 knight
Return to screen, you will have less than 10 energy left after using only 3. Meaning a loss of 50+
Get angry, send in a ticket and never hear anything back.
Post on the forums about how angry you are, and never hear anything back
Finally hear back 5 weeks later after multiple posts and PM's saying they'll look into it.
Receive email saying your ticket was closed
But nothing gets fixed
Rinse and repeat

This is also an accurate description of what happened to me on August 25, 2014 and reported in issue 1852277. The issue was marked as "solved" on August 30th, but no credit for the missing energy has been made. The problem occurred again on September 3 and per GREE instructions in 1852277, I opened a new issue, 1870877. Adding to what was said above, I am still looking to get some type of credit for the missing EB energy points, bought with gems, which I paid for.

I have had this energy problem a lot (as described by MightyIsaac) but AFTER the latest fix it has been rock solid (now the game tries and reconnects to continue the EB fight and no energy is lost), also Energy drops have been properly added. It would help if other ppl who had problems report current experience after fix.

I went to the Google app store to update only to be told my HTC incredible is now incompatible, and when I try to do a search for your app, it no longer appears in the list. Will this be fixed?

Cool. Glad to see some people are getting taken care of. Especially since I am the original poster of this exact issue, good to see those commenting about my issue getting taken care of before mine. And yes I have been promised via PM's from admins that my issue would be taken care of within a couple of days, the first of those promises were 3 weeks ago. Still waiting...

I'm Missing 40 gems worth of epic energy that I would like to get back. It was several weeks ago but it really screwed me over. Anyways, I just want my energy back please.

Come one. This is ridiculous, you know exactly what I am am talking about. It's been over 3 weeks since you told me my ish would be taken care of, and that was after 4 prior weeks of waiting. I have seen other people get their stuff back who submitted tickets MORE THAN A MONTH after me, and had their stuff handled within 1 mother effing day.
Give me my gems, and energy, and rewards.... seems like you've stolen at the least hundreds of thousands of customers dollars.
