FLTQ is stuck on 5/10!!!

We can't get past 5/10 we have done at least 10 kills over the 10 needed. Anyone know how to fix this. Tickets have been sent but were still waiting. This has put us way behind on Day 1.

Hey there, we are aware of this issue and our engineers have been looking into this.

We could use some more information as to what exactly happens when your goals are getting stuck, as well as whether the event requires multiples of the same target.

Additionally, what happens when someone else in your faction completes the goal while you are still hitting that target?

When a person kills the target it shows the kill so the counter goes to 9/10 but it then resets to 8/10 moments later and that persons name is wiped from the list. We have done at least 14 kills to many at this point and none have taken us past the 8/10 mark. Thanks for the quick response

Can someone please explain, when it's the same events rolled out ad nauseum day in, day out, month after month, why there are still any issues in the first place?????????

The issue seems to be resolved they say around 11pm est last night. The problem is we're not going to finish today's quest resulting in losing out on the main wrapper. Some of our faction members are getting responses from gree saying it was a server syncing thing with their devices. I guess 53 of us all had the same problem for 4-5 hours. That is a very disappointing response.
