one of our guild members had her account transferred without authorizing that , she woke up with a level 2 account
the account she is missing was named Charli DW , ID 602233964 , level 145 and has been replaced with Charli , ID 413404025 ,level 2
we tracked down the person who has that account now and its , Cupcakes , she dropped to 51 allies for no one to found her , please look into it , Charli is a valuable member of DW and she needs her account back .

Correct.. The stupid A hole changed name to ICE when realised we were looking for Cupcakes..But that's fine.. He can keep changing name..He can't control allie referral program.. Soon as I type my ID number in.. I'm an allie with him with
splash screen.. Giving new name.. Mother fkr is an idiot.. BUT GREE PLZ CORRECT THIS.!!! I've gone from just short of 500 mil att down to 300 mil.. He's killing my profile.!!!

It's been over 24hrs since I reported this to GREE and haven't recieved one email.. DW members have also sent in tickets and still nothing.. I'm shocked at their lack of care and I'm still at a loss how this can happen.. I've had same email account since making profile.. Many an email sent to GREE from the email account regarding profile .. How can they transfer without ITunes gem purchase receipts.?? Clearly the account would've had gems spent on it as Im lvl 145 with nearly 500 mil att .!! Alot of work and money gone into account just to have it stolen so easily.. Seems larger profiles are a target and yet GREE keep making same mistake.. Happened to former FUN guild member Loki not just 6 wks ago..

Didn t Gree told us the last time this happened to Lokis account, that they would make sure this won t never ever happen again? This really suxx bigtime. I hope you get your account back today with an extra amount of gems to compensate this mess.
Downright pathetic work on GREE's end here. I'm almost certain Carmen handled this exchange.
Something to ponder. One has to provide proof of ownership over the account, so how did this transfer even get approved? Or was someone incompetent? Neither of them seem very good for GREE regardless. Seriously. ****ing fix this function so we can stop playing Russian Roulette with this device transfer feature, it works in CC and MW, so ****ing copy and paste that bloody code and adapt it to KA. Seriously.

This is bad gree upbig time. Hope they fix ur acct soon Charli and give u like at least 5 mountains for ur loss. Its shameful on grees part to up everytime. But, alas, this is GREEdy.
GREE really needs to come up with a better way to transfer accounts. Giving full control to a GREE employee isn't the way to do so. As we can clearly see, mistakes of this nature take place.
Most games allow a users id and pw with being able to verify it via email.
Don't understand why GREE hasn't move to this by now.
Sorry to hear charli, this isn't right. Hope u get your account back.

As we don't know how this happend, given how much info one needs to give gree to get a transfer done. I could not see a stranger having this much info on ones iTunes/gree purchases.
So I am going to think this transfer was not done by a gree employee, not sure how, a hack of some sort directed to the left over code on the in game transfer system, is where I would begin to look for issue from a technical point viue.
As it looks like the obvious place to start.
But then again could have been a simple miss key and they transferd the wrong accounts.
Hope they get it fixed for you, they most likely will, the last time I heard it happing gree got it fixed.

He has just deleted some allies which made your stats drop, you will just have to add new allies when you get it back. He's not killing your profile, it's an easy fix. Just might be a bit time consuming

The account transfer is completely broken. Had mine moved to a new device and in the process I had control of two other people's accounts until I submitted tickets to get it fixed. One was a 600m+ stat gemmer! I'm sure he was pissed for the two days HE had someone else's account.

There was no transfer in progress.. And in regards to the amount of info needed for transfer .. Not all players use gems .. So Gree can't enforce the need for iTunes receipts to process transfers.. As for comment on allies and not killing profile.. That maybe the case.. But she's certainly killing my gem supply.. And may I add.. Still no correspondence from GREE ..Totally appalling GREE

Apologies for the delay. There are several pieces of information needed to complete an account transfer to help prevent these types of situations. We understand that this can be frustrating. Please remain patient as the support works to get through all the tickets and investigates the situation. We will work to rectify the situation as more information is gathered through the support system.
An additional note: Players please do not share account information such as passwords, purchase information, etc. These are additional tips in helping prevent such types of scenarios.

When I lost my account, Gree have made a promise not to let this kind of situation to ever happene again, but guess what, it did happen to Charli DW. And after 24 hours sending tickets with no reply from Gree, one has to think, do they even care? So much money and time has been put into this account and it just vanished that easily??
Gree, please fix this issue for once and for all, so all of us your players could at least have a peace of mind playing your game.

If Charli had the L145 account stolen or transferred without her consent, how did she end up with a L2 acct named "Charli"?
Maybe I don't understand the whole story, but when you transfer an acct, you get an "empty" KA game and you have to do the tutorial, etc... before you get a new acct to name... you don't end up with your former acct name on a L2.:confused:

I feel this transfer was no accident , the person ( cupcake is what my account is now called ) has deliberately set out to steal my account.They have made the lvl 2 profile on the device they wanted my account placed and named it Charli to be more convincing I assume..BTW.. STILL NO CORRESPONDANCE FROM GREE.!!!

Charli has sent yet another ticket to support. Now it's time to have her account back as you all did to me, you could have it transferred back in less than an hour when someone took my account, please hurry. This is so frustrating to the one that lost the account, I know how it feels.

That is just sad when they ignore their gem spending members. This is the reason I haven't upgraded my phone, i'm afraid Gree won't be able to handle transferring the account! They have had transfer issues for several years, you would think they would redesign the account transfer system so people will continue to play Gree games when they purchase a new device?

Additional notes: Players please remember that account sharing/transfers to others is against our ToS. Please do not share any personal account information with others as this can result in higher risk of losing your account. Additionally, please be wary that putting in multiple tickets can slow the process down or result in actions happening that may result in reversal of wanted actions. Example: One support agent transfers and account while another does as well resulting in the other account back as the main profile.

Difficult to steal account .?? Apparantly not.. I've been told since this train wreck.. All they've needed was a profile pic and Account ID.. Difficult.?? I think not.. As for multiple tickets.. All tickets say the same. Transfer account to Xxx replacing Xxx.. How is that difficult.??

I'm sorry if I seem hostile .But my account was blantley stolen.. So far 3 days to correct.. And still no correspondence from GREE ..if not for my DW guild mates.. I'd be in the dark in regards to my account and the thief's movement ..this is fraud.. But yet GREE feel it's not important enough to prioritise my ticket.. How many profile thefts do GREE really deal with per day that were unaware of.?? Oh.. Not to mention the thief is taunting me by naming my profile " catch me if can"..I'm not laughing

In the early months of KA, I locked up my acct by posting a ton of flowers to my own wall. (ha, I know, stoopid!) But, it was still painful not being able to play every 5 mins! I moaned around the forum a few days until it was fixed. (I'm not saying that you're moaning, but you can moan if you want to.)
Mostly, I didn't want anybody else to lock up their games like I did.

We have transferred the account back, however, it has come to our attention that various requests have been made from different players in your guild. It is against policy for anyone to request help on someone else's behalf, and may result in the suspension of all accounts submitting a claim, until we can confirm ownership of all accounts.

I've been trying to think of ways to prevent this from happening again. Not sure if my idea will work. Post your ideas here.
Here's my thought:
Add a utility program inside KA. User that wants to transfer goes to utility and generates a code. they then enter that code on target device. They then open ticket with Gree and give Gree that code. Gree can verify that the actual owner of the account is requesting the transfer. No possibility of high jack. Maybe make the code only valid for 7 days? So if transfer not done in 7 days, they have to generate a new one.

This is where you lost me. It could take forever to get accounts transferred, especially when tickets go unanswered.

If it takes Gree more than 7 days, they ask requestor to generate a new code. Just a thought, so that the codes don't hang out there forever. Would give Gree even better assurance that the are actually dealing with the true account holder, too.

I'm scared. My device broke and the new can not recover my account. I sent a ticket to GREE and am awaiting response.
I hope they can resolve, if not, I'll stop playing forever.
You can not invest time and money on something so fragile.

GREE only needs your account id (the 9 digit id of your character in game), they probably ask more info to verify if it is really you and if you bought gems the last purchase details which you can look up in iTunes under your purchase history.
Probably the best thing to do is ALWAYS make a backup of your device via iTunes. Then you can always recover your data and apps, for example when you buy a new device. You can then do a simple restore from iTunes to your new device.
All the info of your account is all stored on the GREE servers anyway so you did not lose anything. You just need to be able to link up your device with the account id that is existing on the GREE servers to get everything back.

Is Gree going to ban the device that stoled the account? The device should have its ID and that device should be ban from all of Gree's game. Imagine the havoc that can be created if he steal another account from another game.
