Can anyone confirm when we can declare for last war?

last FA we declared with 1hr 7 mins and didnt even get paired and got screwed..u gotta have at least 1hr to declare

Declare now if u dare (for 2 more wars). I will be declaring my crews last war with 1hr 15 but I am not expecting this to run smoothly, tell your guys to sure up their spots as best they can now
