What is "Error Code 503", and is my entire Guild suddenly shut out of the fight?!

We were minding our own business, kicking arse, taking names, when all of a sudden we ALL got this error message at once...in the MIDDLE of a battle. What does this mean?

Yup. All across iOS at least; seeing Zenith's post im assuming Android too. Hopefully they already are aware/notice soon and take care of this... hiccups after hiccups. Been a mess since Raid :/

EDIT: I can't speak for everyone else, but I have the following problems with my game, after this little game pause:

1) my text (in War chat) lags for more than 20 seconds before posting
2) I see the enemy Sentinel still up, even if the battle log shows him down (relog fixes)
3) my game suddenly turns off without warning, for no discernible reason

Is anyone else experiencing these or other changes?

generaly a force close and restart fixes them all for me.

My game just wont connect to server. Internet works great, but war / arena/ epic boss all says update required then i get a timed up. There is no update and i cant fight stuff. Pissing me off

I got the error code 1. Out of last resort i set my VPN to USA (i live in canada) and everything works fine. I take VPN off and the error code 1 comes back. Guess Gree doesn't Canadians to win this guild war

Let the update finish downloading (click around to various sections until it starts). Mine took 10 minutes. Then it works as before; videos still broken... ;)
