SLTQ targets?

LTQ lvl 7 synchs with sltq lvl 2, then 3 & 8 and so on! In other words you have to do 5 levels of individual to drain energy before they synch up!

But was looking for final round names to prehit!!!

If you're in any kind of decent syndicate, by the time you get lvl 5 done, they will be working on lvl 5 of the syndicate goal. It's impossible to keep them synced unless you sink mad gold into it or you are in an awful syndicate.

Does anyone know where elite levels start to sync up?

You have to go through a bunch of individual (5 or so levels) and then elite synchs up as well! Currently for me 11/20 individual, matches 9/15 syn!
