Canal street has no new faces. Most of the most recent ltq's had beginners target in canal street. That suggests to me that either they are going live with the whole event all at the same time, thereby removing the possibility to prehits, there will be a delay in the roll out, or (of course) they aren't using canal street.

My guess would be the likelihood is the probability occurring in the order listed.
