I will keep this civil, and I am sure there will be no response from GREE, but I feel compelled to put this out.

I have been playing this game for 4-5 months. During that short time, I have spent between 2k-3k for chests, gemnados, wars, and other assorted "prizes". I realize that others have spent much more, but I still expect value for my money. Now on to my list of grievances.

Summoning Stone - Many times I have wanted to combine an armor only to find it in use at the summoning stone. To get it free, I had to pay the 11 gem ransom. I have filed complaints and the compensation I received was nowhere near what I had spent. Really? it's not like you are giving me realy money (even though you have mine). Yeah, it seems to be fixed now but what took so long? I'll bet it doesn't take you nearly as long to fix the problem that allowed the cheaters to rip you off on the RAID war.

Then there were the rewards from the RAID. No one in our guild received the version of the armor that coincided with our ribbon. We received the base when it should have been the plus version. Yeah, junk is junk but that is another thing altogether. We filed complaints before and after you had "fixed" the problems and made awards, but you have yet to make good (and I doubt that you ever will).

Now let's talk about that junk armor that you are throwing out there for ribbon A this war. Really? Am I Rip VanWinkle? Did I really just wake up on April 1?

I could throw out other examples, but in reality I do not expect that you would even care. GREE, we spend a lot of money on your game and we expect value for our dollars. Your pitiful compensations and lame response to problems is wearing thin. Thank you for listening....not

Summon the regular earth wyrm boss from the first stage for 4 gems i think and never kill it. That will allow you to switch out armors on your summon stone knights and makes fusion combining them on accident impossible.

QQ, veterans just want the keys. Newbies take anything. i will wear the cape in 6 months, but the epic gear rewards are usually already outdated!

The game is not perfect, but it is functional. learn from your mistakes. I do not know of many games that have updates every 3-5 days with a new epic boss, new gear, new mechanic.

Nor can I think of any games which I spend this much money on. We are beyond expecting function and morsels here. If you are happy with the status quo, that is yours.

I dont know any games with such a terrible customer support either. Id rather have an outdated epic than a Cape but I guess this game is about cosmetics now

When they revamped rewards a few months back Top 25 spending went WAY up.

Since then it has depended on the armors offered, for the "rare" armors (Souldshard), spending was huge for top 25, and even drove up top 10 because of it. For armors that were low statistically or common (Arbor, Tect, even Druid), spending went way down.
Spending was down on the raid, well because each attack takes so damn long it isn't possible to spend as many gems unless you don't put for phone down for 3 straight days.

What game like this DOES have a good support? AFAIK, all of these games have horrible customer support. I have yet to play one that was over the top good. Otherwise, I'd still be there.

The power creep is so awful in this game now another outdated epic wouldn't mean anything anyway.

Elemental advantages are almost pointless on some battles because of it. It fills me with frustration when a brand new OP fire armor crushes a water armor in two hits, or earth destroys a spirit armor in two hits, of course I pretty much count on a miss now too. Feels like I am guaranteed to miss every other fight no matter what. These are not good feelings.

I am just keeping up appearances for my guild, but I know that my time with K&D is drawing closer to the end. I recognize 'that feeling' from when I would move on from various MMO's over the years as well. It is a very familiar one. Only a matter of time now.

- Certain legendary gear should not be included in chests, outdated epics with terrible stats should also be removed
- Should be guaranteed ONE epic if you buy 40 chests, should be a random epic though (People would buy more meaning more money for Gree plus they will be happy to get an epic).
- Summoning Stone should be decreased price for gems, lets face it the big money makers for Gree don't give two squats about the epic bosses for the most part

Customer support got swamped I guess because of how bad they messed up, the forum posters are such a small minority it isn't even funny. Fill your bathtub with water then add a teaspoon of water, we are the teaspoon of water so just imagine how many people complained and but tickets in but didn't post on here.

So true ... i was asked so many times by newbie haw to do ... yes , customers suport is worst i ever see.

Brave Frontier has the best customer support i've ever seen. they respond to nearly every post on twitter, facebook, and forums. if your cussing them out because you are mad the item you want didnt drop, or your happy because it did drop for you, or if you have a ticket number not being processed, they look into every issue immediately. love that game.

not to mention when they accidentally break the servers for even a moment, they start throwing their in came currency at you.
