Im beyond angry atm. I expect the rewards, my snowstorm+ and a big compensation tomorrow. Pm me for my code or ****ing look it up

Our guild did not get the ribbon prize armor for our rank either. Numerous tickets were filed, both before and after the issues were supposedly resolved. As our prize was not as good as yours, we shrugged it off and went on. It is sad that we have come to expect that from GREE. In your case, I am sure your guild spent a chunk of change and I also would be infuriated if I were in your shoes.

It better. This whole process and how they treat me is ridiculous and they finally succeeded in pissing me off which btw never hapens. They crossed a line and I cant keep it in anymore.

Maybe the update solves the problem and gives you your horde wargear and the snowstorm...

After not getting snowstorm, tickets being instantly closed, all the **** that went down with the raid boss, receiving rewards way late, losing them again a day later, making a ticket, having 5 tickets get closed, making a new one with as title "please dont answer with an automated reply" get closed with an automated reply, being ignored by customer support for a week, getting told I already have my rewards, being ignored again, recieving the worst compensation ever, finally getting an answer but not on all the points I wrote about, being told the rewards will come shortly and now finally recieving the wrong rewards I feel like its not weird im pissed off to a point where I either want my stuff today or take all action possible.

Give what Bonaya said a try. If I remember correctly, the update was supposed to play some role. Nothing to lose, everything to gain. If it doesn't work, say I told you so and keep at GREE to make it right

If you do not get anything tomorrow, contact Google Play Support and ask for a refund. You obviously payed for a product that was never delivered. Google Play Support is WAY better and you'll actually be helped.

Broken but people still pay and play. F2p is the real way to play. Only investment is time. Less stress on the wallet and heart I hear too.

they check for serious issues, they only respond when its bad. so don't think they ignore this competently. i think for fun i might apply for gree. think they'll give me paid internship?

All pointing and laughing at you, and your temper, and your lack of finding humor in my bean comments aside, it is ridiculous that it takes over 2 weeks to get your rewards. But, if it pisses you off enough, maybe start a new movement?

I'm in the same boat as you. I spent significantly less money but still haven't even had a response to my tickets. They are just closed automatically, telling me to contact then again if the problem still exists. I have not talked to a single specialist about this and it's getting really annoying. This is 3 weeks now I'm pretty sure and still not even a response. Good luck to you and I hope we get our rewards soon or I will never spend another dollar on this game.

It shouldn't matter how much money you spend, or didn't spend. If customer service sucks, people will quit. The more people quit, the more people that are assured to NEVER spend. It makes more sense for them to take care of all customers in the long run. Sure, the whales and those that spend pay the majority of the bills, those that are the small fish and non-spenders make up the bulk of the game.

Guess what? A guildie of mine put in a ticket because our guild was given the wrong rewards for our raid boss participation. Gree did sent him a automated message and after that sent him NO message at all. Know what he did? He put a ticket in with Google Playstore to get a refund for a rainbow pack he bought for the war explaining the entire situation to them.

HE GOT A FULL REFUND FOR THE RAINBOW PACKAGE HE BOUGHT

He has told the guild and others are doing the same thing now, if Gree isn't going to at least respond saying "We have reviewed your updated ticket and will do what we can to resolve the matter ASAP" then refunds are going to happen.

I believe so, they refunded me the money I spent on a rainbow pack for the war. Going to ask for the two small packs I bought during that time period as well. As I said if Gree isn't going to move fast enough then there are others who will take action, action as in refunding the money we spent before/during the raid.

Has anyone tried this with the iTunes store? I wonder if this will give you the same results...

iTunes and google play are both hesitant to give out refunds. Usually the first couple to complain get them. If you all send the same form letter, it starts to look like a scam. "Hey, I just got a refund, say exactly this"
