This is incredible, more than 5 days to Repay my account? as will compensate? another "apology for the inconvenience"
please, can anybody help me with my request #1751925
i dont know how manny events i've lose, and how manny others i'll lose, i need my account back right now. This is the worst experience in this game.

tadaaah, first of all, thxs, but i've send all THE info than your support Guys ask me to send, and im just wondering how they work opening THE inbox mails tickets, if it is like we have to open THE crates, i'll ask them to spend some gold from my account to be more lucky on the random reward, so maybe they finally check mine.

Even of you use gold to open your ticket you are not guarentteed to receive your desired result.

writing every Day 1 ticket for nothing, iam a very active player and this is killing me, im getting tottally about all this , and if i dont get any news today i'll start to work on my full refound and thats going to be THE end of MW for me after more than 2 years playing.

I've been waiting two months.
Maybe if you purchase a few vaults you can get into the top 500 ticket range.
I hear reaction time is increased by 15%.
You can try for the top 250, but the support boost doesn't stack.

Over a week since free took my account also. After 7 days of emails I finally got a response..."I will forward your issue to a modern war specialist."
After $1000s of dollars spent Gree can just take your account with absolutely no reason. No explanation. No response.
Keep on them Die. It's not right.

One of the accounts is in Gree gold program so it doesn't matter how much gold u spend.

Gree...the equivalent account to mine that's in my facation has gone from lvl 80 with 85 million attack to over 130 million attack in the last 10 days. Meanwhile you guys REMOVED my lvl 65 account from the faction so I have gained ZERO! Just keep it the account.
But when you're done "investigating" it I challenge you to post ALL the details here on the public forum. So that all of the MW community can see what you guys can do "just because."

Make sure you post a nice easy to read note in the App Store so people can read about support before they download this app. I noticed they have lots of reviews by people who can say the same thing.

It is always nice to know how good, or bad, support is before you spend money on any online product. You can join the other 1000 voices and help people move along before they get disappointed.

Nothing on my end either Die. Very very sad they can do this. I have posted a review on Google Play as suggested. I will post one on iOS with another account. Everyone should know what Gree can do. All because I asked for a refund when I was told I would get 10x the reward but was only given 1x. How childish Gree!!!

It took a couple weeks to get mine sorted out and back on my phone. Whatever you do, do not put in multiple requests. Also, the fastest way to get your account back is to provide all necessary information in the first request to them. If they send a follow up email asking for more details of your account, you are guaranteed a few more days of waiting.

Also, I would suggest transferring your account to another device before doing a restore or changing phones, then switching it back with the in game transfer option.

thxs again, but im not waiting to transfer my account, gree just took away my account, i've send them all my info and everything than they have asked me, one week of silence since i made that, like u can understand, thats ridiculous, im falling down on my stats like crazy, missing all the events and there isnt a way to recover that, because i know than im not going to get any compensation about the mistake, if gree thinks than thats the way to get me in THE gold program, for sure they're wrong. this mistake its just going to be the way to quit buying gold, and at the end to retire. ticket number: #1751925

Really Mods? This is why nothing gets fixed. Gree removed accounts from factions and all we get is a "please contact support." We have been doing that for over 10 days and all I keep getting is emails back asking for my id#. I have provided it on EVERY email I have sent. This has NOTHING to do with transferring accounts!

Gree needs to improve the trouble ticket system. We get frustrated because when we submit a ticket, we do not know if it has been even opened or viewed or assigned to someone.

I have dealt with other companies in the past where you can submit a trouble ticket and track the progress of the ticket on their website.

Suggestions to use to update players to the status of their trouble ticket.

Waiting to be Assigned
Assigned
In-Progress
Resolved
Waiting for Customer Response

This way we can know if our tickets are being handled and we are not just wondering if our problem will ever get resolved. It would cut down on the number of tickets being re-submitted because Gree has not even responded.

Or is this too much trouble for Gree?

There are so many easy to "Help Desk Software" out in the market and most are web-based and free.

Just Google "free help desk software" or "free support ticket system".

What is sad is this is just one account and he has taken the time to post it here. They are losing lots of money if u add all the other people that have lost there accounts. It takes to much just to get back a account that was wrongfully taken by gree

Two weeks as of today. Still not one person at Gree has taken 10 minutes to look at this issue and resolve it. If your phone service didn't work for 14 days what would you do? How about your Internet service? If your cable provider didn't respond to you for 2 weeks would you change services? We spend OUR money to use your product and now we get NO CUSTOMER SERVICE in return for 2 years of playing your game. I have had time to thoroughly review your TOS and I am 100% positive I have done nothing to violate them. I have asked for an explanation. I have challenged you to post ALL my account info on the public forum. What does it take to get your attention? Would 2 years of refunds do it? Or would contacting the State Attorney Generals Office do it? And to think I've taken the time to be one of YOUR beta testers. This has become laughable.

I got an response after 10 days of waiting and same questions need to be answered again. My team mate who is in Gree gold program has not heard anything for 14 days. He has lost 2 accounts!

you never signed or acknowledged TOS and they don't give TOS when download or in tutorial! Easy win

By downloading the game and updates, you are agreeing to the ToS.
