I actually agree with KSvan, I hope Gree has their main priority focussed on resolving the issues.
I have posted a ticket roughly 2 weeks ago as well and have yet to receive an answer.

I must say, as much as the EB events can be fun, they do degenerate into a grind by the end, and the prize for getting to the end of a month of this? Another cape? Seriously??? The keys are always a gamble, I know, but its going to be hard to justify grinding and last minute gemming just to get another cape...

This is the crappiest reward yet to date. It's useless and should only be the reward for crafting and keeping the non + EB suit. Good job on going cheap on us players once again. Green K was garbage and Northerners was outdated and under powered and now we get a cape...You might as well have just added it to the other useless things people don't buy called the accessories tab at the shop.

You just need the + versions. I've the the past couple with just the + versions and gotten both the regular and + rewards.

We didn't have an epic at all as a reward for an eb event, but then we had northerner's battlegear - so it could be that in a short while we will have a war epic as well.

No. redemption period ending when the last boss in the collection ends is pretty standard. It makes people who didn't kill level 43 more than 2 days 16 hours before the end (crafting time in level 3 smith) spend gems on speeding up the crafting.
If they somehow mess up on their side, they sometimes extend the deadline up to a week...

edit: and the mad gemmers that gem to 43 on the first day/gem the summoning stone for all pieces can then also already claim their rewards on the 5th instead of having to wait a week.

1) Yes. The way it is scheduled, you have to start crafting the plus version somewhere around August 9 so that you'll be done before August 12 (or use gems to speed up the crafting process). For one event, I started crafting two days before the end date and ended up waiting until the last hour on redemption day before using gems to speed things up. It depends on what level your armorsmith is, so back calculate how long it takes to craft an EB so you know when you have to start.
2) The redemption period is August 5-12, although I seem to remember Gree extending the last redemption period. I'm not sure if it was because of a glitch in their start/end times or because users complained about not having enough time to craft the last EB, but I wouldn't bank on them extending again.

1. Normal armor = Regular, boring, low stat version of the armor which isnt really worth keeping unless you are new ingame. (Require at least 15 EB kills)
2. Armor+ = The enhanced version of the same armor as "1" with higher stats which is what a player should go for. (Require at least 43)

The last collection event they made the reward redemption period the week AFTER the 4th EB was gone. It was extremely easy to get the + rewards. However, I wasn't too crazy about that because I had the + version of the 4th EB already crafted before the final EB left. I basically just had to sit on my 4 EB+ armors for a week before I could redeem and fuse those away. Also, it doesn't take much at all to get an EB armor to 35 with all of the armors the game throws at you these days.

Also, how about when making these collection events - you make the bosses with adjecent elements or throw both non-adjecent and adjecent elements in a bag and shake it well.

Its getting tough for players who does not have the newest gen of epics. Do more collections with adjecent elements - You could always do it with my catarpillar idea. That would be awesome. They could kind a look like these celestial dragons.. So you are not that far away from a design.

What the hell do you want? A sandstorm? Northerners was a chance for new/not super good players to get their first epic without running t25, or buying chests. Don't forget that the reward is basically free. You just need to put in a little bit more effort than you normally would for the last boss and possibly spend 10-40 gems just to be able to get the 43rd kill on time. You can get those gems for free from watching videos, participating in the arena, and doing other things (war rewards/etc) within four weeks time. I don't see that much reason to complain unless you're a low level, which probably means you're new and should wait for the next boss collection (when you're level 100+ and have three or more EB+ armors).

That's what im saying. I like this reward as i allso said, but i was not serious about sandstorm. I'm saying that it's good with an epic as if you have eb+ and friends u need few gems. And as he wanted a better reward then northeners i was saying that it's not meant for people that spend money on game like me. Plus the keys give a very small chance for another epic. And to the people who are talking about war epic, i don't think it will happen.

A couple of collections(Northerners as reward) ago i was missing a few mats due to a game error which forced the game to close when i defeated a EB. as missing silly 2 mats and i wrote a ticket to Gree about it. It took just over 2 months before they gave me my materials. But first they had to say that there was no discrepancy on my account a few tims - Which I(Yes, I) had to proof to them . That there actually was a discrepancy.

I didnt get any compensation for the loss of keys and epic reward.

Just saying - Dont hold your breath. They are to busy to care about most players. Its a shame about your smith but i dont think they'll help. I hope the best for you.

So, we just hit the crafting deadline for the last armor in a level 3 smith.
- 5 keys value is 150 gems

What are the options if you are still behind?
- keep going beating the boss till the end and use 1 gem per half hour of crafting (130 for the full 64 hours and 48 minutes crafting time in a level 3 smith)
- 11 gems per summoning stone for 2 materials per summon of a level 1 boss
- epic energy to rush levels if you still have friends available: 10 for 10, 20/18, 30/26, 50/40
probably about 7-8 gems per 2 materials if you can still beat the boss with 5 knights; spend 7-8 to save about 6 crafting gems per level you complete with 5 knights (but you might reach an extra milestone reward)
- a mix of the above

I'm a bit tired, but if I looked at that correctly, gemming crafting is most efficient (least inefficient) as long as you use less than 5 1/2 hours worth of energy to beat a boss level, after that summoning stone is your better gem investment.

You wont recieve anything, if you even get an email back it will just be a specialist working on it or its your/your devices fault even if it isnt or sorry for delay reply if still have the issue and then round and round til they get you to just give up.
Its labeled support but they fix nothing.

This morning I sent a another message wheres my stuff? Why did you not respond back on why I didnt get my stuff? Gee Gree! I hope you are reading my post! Wheres my Rewards?? How many times must I keep sending message until you finally respond??

So I completed crafting all the armors and + versions before desired time spent gems as well to finished last + version to hopefully get my keys and capes in time but I still haven't gotten a thing... I am confused if there is anything you can do to help that would be great thanks!

there is no "+ level". There is a level (35) where you can craft the plus armors. If you then didn't craft the plus armors in time, that's your own fault. Just unlocking the ability to craft the plus armors isn't enough.

I did got all 4 armors up level 36 to lvl 40 I had it completed 2 days before the event was over.
The top left(Rewards Menu) it said Own the + versions of these armors and get this reward: Like I said after I got my last armor the titan armor at level 36 The padlock symbol showed its still locked!

Yes you are out of luck. There is no point in submitting a ticket, because although it is unfortunate, it is not Gree's fault at all that you did not claim rewards. Next time make sure to check around the screen, there is a button that you can see fairly easily that you needed to click on.

I guess the fact that Gree changed war rewards from "claim it yourself or lose it" to "annoying popup on login for a few days that gives your rewards if you didn't already get it" has confused people into thinking that's how it works for all rewards...

Ahh yes I am sure that is inflluencing it. Also, this could just be the guys first Boss Collection and he didn't know how they worked :/ I remember being a bit confused my collection about how it worked.
Although at the same time it isn't THAT difficult to figure out, so it is what it is.
