I like the look of this Boss and the Armor. My hat is off to the artists. Already working towards the + version.

Only need to keep the plus armors. you can fuse away the normals.

Neat and unexplained phenomenon that I've noticed fighting the current boss: On lv 25, I used a Cryptid+ and a friend's Cryptid+ to fight the EB. My character (I'm a GM with maxed guild bonuses) took a little less than 1/4 off the EB, but my friend (slightly weaker stats) ended up taking down the other 3/4 and killed him off. Almost the same story on lv 26 - I used my Cryptid+ and a friend's Cryptid+, and I take about 1/5 or 1/6 off the EB while my friend takes him down to 3k health.

Question of the day: if I'm stronger stat-wise than the friends I'm using, why am I doing less damage?

I could be wrong, but I think the friend gets the 25% bonus. Or maybe it's because they get more special attacks.

Gree ramping up the strength for the boss collection again...
level 21 on non-collection bosses I easily win with commander + 1 friend, now my strongest account narrowly won, my 2nd lost and my 3rd preventively switched to follower + commander + 1 friend since it already failed follower + commander on level 20...

The Epic Boss' get stronger each week as they have since they came out. Sometimes yes there is a little bit of a jump, but honestly I haven't noticed anything on this one. Also so much is dependent on the elements, this EB is fire/wind, an elemental it is advantage to get the full double advantage on. The last EB was earth/spirit, double weak to spirit/fire, so if you were using spirit/fire last EB that is why you will notice a huge change on the damage you do (I see a forgestone + in your sig).

not necessarily just depends on how many eb+ armors you have and what their attributes are

the way you will level is as follows - get decent gear to beat EB 15 times, get EB armors for a few months, level them all to max, once you hit level 100, with plenty of lvl 100 freinds with great gear, then you tackles EB plus. so0o... it takes a while to get eb plus. or a ton of gems.
