So since the update not been able to log it but half the time and when I do my arena or friends keeps booting me and saying no connection then take 30 mins to get back in. Got full WiFi and 4g LTE its not on my end. And then boss keeps getting glitched in and out. I have tried to contact gree and nothing it says can't connect lol and during the war when I could log in my energy was always gone explain that ? So gree could you answer me here and tell me when this is getting fixed

I am in a similar situation. Though the length of time I have to wait is much shorter. I get the no connection issue but it happens once in a while and if I either restart the app or just attempt the fight again I can get back in. I am currently running on Android and Wi-Fi all the time.

Do have an email account associated with your phone? If you do not then it will error out when attempting to contact support. See the bottom of the page for Contact Us, or you can attempt to make direct contact with admins on the forum.

Better dealing with a company that actually cares about it's customers. gree have proven unable to respond to issues in a matter of weeks. Yet my thread advising what alternative (legitimate actions players Getting treated unfairly should take was deleted within 10mins of posting.) go figure. Anyone needing help or support and unsure where to turn feel free to contact me via line chat! I'd be happy to point you I'm the right direction, enough people take action via google they will investigate.
