Danger Ahead - XP depending on player level??

Hi,

I just noticed that my low lvl gets 43 XP / hit on lvl 16/20 heroic and my high lvl 49 XP / hit. Beside that I think this are insanehigh XP in both cases: Why is there a difference?
I nevernoticed that before during a LTQ (only Epic Boss)

Does XP earned have anything to do with Area Level? If your mini is Level 1 in the area and your main is Level 5, that may explain it. Just a thought.

I've noticed that the xp has been going up on every LTQ since Gree removed the level 200 cap. It seems like thay want everyone to level up quickly.
