For achieving something hardly anyone ever has. You have pissed me off to a total new level. You treat your (best) customers like **** and after they confront you you start ignoring them both on the forum as in customer support.
I have sent in several tickets over the past weeks and almost every single one of them, got closed with an automated response. Even my 3 pages long ticket with as title "please dont close with an automated response" got closed 15 minutes later with the same ****ing message.
This makes me angry. I have asked myself if i should just let it go but decided not to. The way you treat people is outreagous and others should know.
I still havent recieved my rewards yet your only answer on my ticket about those rewards was "we have confirmed that you have recieved your rewards". Well thats ****ing hilarious because i dont and if you really checked you wouldve known.
With all the bugs and glitches in the last weeks it has finally deemed to me that this is a lost cause. Gree doesnt give a **** anymore and they just hope we are all addicted enough to stop spending regardless. Which is quite a painfull conclusion to me as we are not being take seriously moreso being **** on by the company we pay.
I hope you take this into account, my line has been far crosses and even though i love the people i play with and used to enjoy this game you have made this impossible for me so ill just move on to something else.

Those responses are ridiculous.
In my dealings with other companies, you'll get some sort of response that relates to your issue and then, perhaps a week or two later, you'll get an email saying that since they hadn't heard from me in a few days that they're gonna consider the issue solved and close the ticket...but I can reopen it at any time in case the issue isn't actually solved.

Yep, no spending until game fixed. But now it's getting worst and worst, i just spent a few gems left over during blitz and will NOT be spending for next EW.

Funny. I came here from another game (that shall remain naimless on this thread), where game c.s. Completely dropped the ball and stonewalled it's customers. GREE felt like a breath of fresh air when I arrived here. I'm saddened to hear it might just be more of the same. :(

this is how you handle your account -
these guys respnd to nearly every single facebook post. thats like - a few thousand in nearly an hour or 2. this company knows whats up.

They decided it's probably best to just ignore the people who are mad about not getting their rewards. If you dont see it its not there!

Better dealing with a company that actually cares about it's customers. gree have proven unable to respond to issues in a matter of weeks. Yet my thread advising what alternative (legitimate actions players Getting treated unfairly should take was deleted within 10mins of posting.) go figure. Anyone needing help or support and unsure where to turn feel free to contact me via line chat! I'd be happy to point you I'm the right direction, enough people take action via google they will investigate.

Customer service is just terrible, my account got stolen on 4th of july, many answers on my issues where also automatic messages they where sorry fir the inconvience with the raid boss and they where fixing it.
This wasnt my problem, some hacker just stole my account with 17 epics, 4 war epics right from under my nose and gree aint doing a thing about it!!!
Protect your players and respect your customers, by now i have heard from 5 other players whose account also got stolen and none of us got them back yet.
Really insane thieves and hackers rule the game

Hey Knights,
Due to the massive influx of tickets, ALL players received auto replies last week to provide information and resolve any issues that may not have needed any further support. However, Customer Support is currently working through the massive backlog and it will take time to review each case individually.

I wonder what kind of system you use for getting through these?
It seems to me that you could simply filter these tickets by keywords or phrases like "missing" or "glitch" or "EB," or whatever categories you guys could come up with.
I know you guys have a lot of games, and other apps, but it seems to me that it would be wise to have an adequate customer support staff in place before releasing all these games/apps.
You guys really need to work on what it is you don't do well. You make good games, but your customer service is godawful. I feel bad for the people who work in customer service because I'm sure they work their butts off and have to deal with grumpy people all the time...but I suspect management isn't necessarily giving them the tools they need to really excel.

Agreed, cant understand when someone reports his account stolen, this account aint frozen till further investigations and the player concerning gets some kind of answer to calm his mind , cause a 1k account aint cheap

Yeah, finally a reply.... But no good, again an automatic message if i still have the issue.....
If you havent done anything except sending automatic messages ofcourse i still have the issue... The thief aint giving it back and my account wasnt located at the lost and found section....
