Finished the 5 day epic boss, always finish LTE's and always finish prestige of Raid boss. Everyone that's active gets the wrapper. *Unless the unlucky gree monster gets them!

5X IPH weekly donation required
Participation in all faction events is a must.
At Least 100M attack
