I'm faction leader of true gumps
One of our long time players has been frozen out of his account for about 2 weeks. He's emailed gree with no response
The reason I'm writing here is that he is so frustrated that he now feels he has no option except to give up

That would be a real shame.
Can you please help

Mini is 981-990-606 main is 100-896-699. I have given them everything they asked for . My gree request number is 1724011. Thank you Sanjay and yes I am insanely frustrated. I feel bad not being able to help !!

Great work. He's happy and now playing. Not sure what happened and why it took so long. Perhaps smthg to learn. But in glad I got my player back

I have a friend in the same situation. His player ID is 943 714 460. His ticket # is 1731222. He is in faction Strength & Honor. He had to restore his iPhone from a backup and his profile is gone. Can you please assist him? He is also very frustrated that he has been waiting for over a week to get a response from support.

I need help. I'm in the same predicament. My phone broke and I can't access my profile to change to the new phone. My old profile is 867-190-741 and the one that shows on my new phone is 718-123-529

I'm in same situation my phone was destroyed and was unable to transfer main account to my new phone. My player Name is Big D, ID# is 204 213 025 and Ticket# is 1777153 and my faction Strength & Honor. Can you please assist me as soon as humanly possible?

I have seen and heard of a lot of people losing their games when they update their os, do a reinstall, etc. tadaah, I would suggest a sticky relating to this subject. I would recomend that people transfer their game to another device, ask a friend if you don't have a spare. Then transfer the game back once your update, etc are finished. It will solve these kinds of problems and you won't have to wait for gree to restore your game.

Im still running an old version of iOS because of this same reason. I don`t want to lose my game when trying to update my phone. Hopefully iPhone 6 comes out on Sep. :)

Speed Ump, you suggest a transfer to a friend and that is very close to violate section 8 of ToS.
