If you're every willing to discuss a partnership/merger, The Black Sheep Squadron (58th in Peru) is looking to drive into the Top 25. My thoughts are that the hard core of 2 Top 50 teams could achieve that. We also don't require big gold use, but we have several players who use quite a lot. We average over 200M and a few of us are approaching 1B

We also have a feeder faction which could take all those that don't make the top 60. (we actually have 4 factions in our group).
