View Full Version : [ATTENTION!] iOS players who did not receive Raid Boss rewards

Attention, iOS Knights!
If you play on iOS and have yet to receive Raid boss Rewards, please do the following:
1. Force quit (this is important)
2. You'll get force loaded/game will re-start
3. Once re-loaded head to the raid boss screen
4. Wait for the timer to run out
5. Claim rewards
**Players will have until 6PM PDT on July 11, 2014, to claim rewards. If you still do not receive your rewards after following these steps, please submit a ticket to customer support stating you have already completed the steps.**

Is receiving the wrong reward (regular vs plus) a separate issue that is still being worked on?

Yes. We looked into it today and a fix is in the works.

Awesome, thanks for your attention. I believe most of us have now received the rewards I'll be in touch if there are any left out in my guild. I believe there are some in other guilds that earlier fix didn't work for who still need your attention.

I did all those steps and I still didn't get my rewards. I emailed Gree twice and still don't have a reply. And it also says my guild didn't rank in the event :(

I've done this and even submitted a ticket but haven't gotten a single reply. I've had this issue of not getting replies from Gree from earlier tickets about other issues too.

Same here Kurogane. Still didnt get my rewards, and already sent two tickets. I'm sorry, I dont really want to spam tickets or anything else, but for damn sake it's not absurdly understandable that some players got their rewards and some not. I honestly admit that my guild did not received like the epic+ or cool stuff, but damn it a reward it's still a reward! At least answer the tickets and dont send automated answers! Sorry Gree, this time you really disappointed me.

The first time they said that email back if it still doesn't work so I did but they never replied to that then all the other times, they said that it got sent up to the people. Disappointing, just really disappointing.

I think my GM is about to quit the game or something because his account got hacked and when he got it back, all of his armors were lost and Gree said he couldn't get them back. He said he's gonna quit paying for the game if they don't get it restored before he got hacked.

That's sad, but that is not like Gree depending only. I mean, he got hacked okay but not as this rewards thing which is merely gree's fault.
That's really sad though, sorry for your GM.

Yeah it sucks. But Gree finally replied to my email saying they were sorry for the delay and stuff and saying respond to the email if the issue hasn't been resolved and ignore it if it has :\ Still didn't get a good reply.

At least they answered you haha for curiosity Kuro, just trying to pointing the situation out: did you claim your rewards suddendly after the events end and they've gone then, or you didnt claim them at all? Because I did, then it said "please reload the game" so I reloaded and they went away, so as another player here on the forum (Kangaroeland), maybe that's the thing Gree hasnt fixed yet! The fact that it can result like we already claimed them, so now we just can't and Gree thinks we all lying! which is not the case I guess, I wouldnt event spend time claiming again my 4s armor and few boosts

I'm playing on an iPhone. When I go from normal adventure to an epic boss spawn I select my team and hit fight. When the field shows up the boss is not there and nothing happens. I just stand there with nothing to do but flee. If I go away from the app and back in the game freezes and shuts down. When I restart it does the same if I hit fight. If I hit flee it let's the game continue as normal except I can't fight the boss. Can anyone help me out on what I should do?

Hey guys! Seems like something started to move around this thing actually... yesterday something like "here your reward" appeared and I was able to claim 2 earth boosts and 500k gold! Still not the whole rewards thing though, I still miss the 4s armor of the top 250... oh well, hope they'll fix even this last thing! Good luck boyz!
