I don't know what ****ed up planet you come from when you consider 20 gems,10 GW energy and 3 keys as a "fair" compensation for your update blunder which caused me to miss out on
*1. 4-5 days of cash collecting.
*2. Fusion boosts from guild donations.
*3. 2 Cthulhu+ suits (Now stuck with nathair+ even longer)
*4. My usual arena milestone reward of 55k So,
*2 stonescale platemail
*8 silver keys
*20 arena energy
*380k
*20 gems
*11 snakeskin armor
*4 gold keys
*35 ausura armor
*3 swamp shaman robes
*15 fusion stones
and the final arena rank reward of I'll be lax and say ribbon E costed me(Never above top 1k)
*1 wurmshroud mantle
*3 armors of the infernal lord
*14 gems
*160k gold
If you have the data from previous arena's you'd know I meet the 55k mark every arena after Glacius.

*I had purchased 100 gems worth or arena attacks Thursday before the update while the arena energy sale had been going on and had planned on doing the attacks after work,You took the energy back and gave me my 100 gems so I lost out on extra energy,about 50-55 attacks of it considering without bonus 25 gems gives me 30 attacks...

*You costed me much needed time to craft suits to finish my unicorn+ and kaiju+
*You costed me materials from grinding stages and leveling rewards.

THIS does not even bring in the raid reward and raid milestones. I have no idea what they are and how many of each type,But considering my not so gem spending guildmembers managed to pull 2-4M per person and my GC pulling in 10m I'd say it's a fair guess that gem spender me would have probably had around 6-8m Points.

TL;dr- **** you and I won't give this game a single dime from here on out because you're ****ing cheap and I throw money at this game constantly. Your "compensation" is ****.

Lord is right to be upset , this is a joke for who was gliched out of game for days.
What is more joke is that EVERYONE get this "fair compensation" indiferent if they was gliched out or not. I was perfectly active with no kind of problem and still i get this compensation. Why? Give something better to who was gliched and deserve to be compensated let the Others out of it. Some of my friends will stop playing becouse they are realy pissed for this. This realy sucks.

I am one if the people who was locked out. I was locked out for 5 days. It may have cost my guild some points with me being out, as I am a regular gemmer, so maybe giving them that compensation will help keep them playing. I, however am not satisfied. 25 gems, 10 war energy and 3 dp keys? That's a joke considering how long we were locked out if the game. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game. If this isn't fixed, that will most certainly change.

I have to agree, I also lost on a lot those 5 days. I lost out on all the guild wars rewards. I normally finish ribbon F in the arena. I also finished with 60 victories Kaiju Boss. I was trying to do the same with Cthulhu. A couple of keys and energies dose not make up for all the gold, armor, and guild points we lost last weekend.

It is easy to tell people to get over it and forget it and stop complaining isn't it? Until you get or a friend gets royally screwed over. While I doubt Gree will give him back what he earned/deserves I do feel bad for him.

Personally I would at least attempt to put a ticket it, I imagine that most tickets are disappearing because it was spammed with:

"Where is my reward"
"Where is my compensation"

I know in my guild no one even talks about the rewards or compensation in my friends line chat.

Why not just give Cultist and be done? Allow GREE to be generous and assume most players would be able to finish it. Give some and get some in gratitude from players who won't be bombarding the forums with how unfair, cheaty, greedy, etc GREE is. :rolleyes:

I think (know) what most players are upset with is the lack of communication from Gree. We haven't got anything in terms of an explanation since the Raid Boss event. I am not sure how, but that event bugged their entire system, everything has been glitchy since then. So players are already upset, instead of coming out with a awesome rewards and events to renew energy in the game, they give the worst they ever have given. On top of that, they do a 30% flash sale, is that some sick joke?? First, during the last two wars Gree has "stolen" tens of thousands of dollars from it's players in lost energy in war and eb, and disappearing gems. Now you offer a F%^#@ 30% FLASH SALE, so is that the new best deal now? No more 40% sales is what that looks like it means to me, seeing as they used to leave 30% sales up for 3-5 days at a time because everyone waited for the 40%.
So instead of being silent about it, we want to hear something, anything, letting us know something is being done. We haven't heard a single thing yet. Not a peep, an THAT is why people are bombarding the forums.

Rewarding players with items for time not played is nice but wont make everyone happy. It seems that players ask for individualized rewards for various gaming issues. Sure its nice that Gree does this but not everyone will be satisfied. Other games (WOW M.O.P) did not give rewards for players who were unable to log into the game when it came out as well as lost 1.7 million in sales in the first weeks (they pressed on and kept players happy still).

I encourage new/old players to voice their opinions and issues. If there is a broken or faulty rewards and features, then by all means contact them directly. Do take note that Gree has been flooded with tickets due to issues with games across their game portfolio, delays may occur.

Do not spam requests, keep it simple and 1 ticket per issue. If you have already done this, take note of the ticket number for future contact. They cant help you if you don't complete this step.

Lack of communication is generally the main issue.

There is an in-game forum on BotA and GM's post threads, much like here, and then disappear, much like here. It is few and far between that moderators actually do anything other than post an update and then are never heard from. You would think with such a large player base they would hire more people. But of course, more staff cuts into profits. It must be such a hard job, going to the forums and answering people as best as you can, and expensive to staff.
