Syndicate Issues

We are having issues accepting members into our syndicate. We accept, they do not show in syndicate. When they try to reapply, it states they have already re applied. We have all force closed and restarted. Also, all have current update. We tried inviting the member too. While they receive the invite, when accepted they are not pulled into the syndicate.

Please let me know if you need any further information to resolve this issue.

I don't think sending a ticket will be any faster than waiting it out. The servers are probably overloaded with the extra bosses being summoned for the individual goals. Just another gree event.

I still have not received the final prize for RB. I was in the syndicate when we finished. I was told it was because you are not allowed to jump in and out of syndicates during these events, but there are numerous threads talking about jumpers and moving to others syndicates to help others.
