Deadly Boomslang is probably an epic boss with an ltq/fltq at the same time. Dessert lion is probably a raid boss since the folders aren't out yet also with an ltq/fltq at the same time. Lastly, gree is just plain dumb when it comes to almost everything, so don't expect them to know their geography.

Because Gree over inflates requirements for energy based on top 5 factions at +22 energy regen and the other 99% of us anywhere from +3 to +10 regen, the event itself doesn't matter but the cost to us. So there are my estimates of how Gree determines events. Cost analysis to the player to increase profit.

I wish I was interested in the events. I used to be. Now all I see is after almost 4 years of playing that I can't spend up to keep up.

I'm all for attempts at humor when the situation calls for it.
However, we have been begging for communication and transparency on this topic for a very long time, and this is tantamount to a slap in the face... very very rude. This is a joke, and would get many customer service reps fired... how about actually helping us?

A friendly suggestion - please try to rephrase the event type in terms the players, not ops team, understands. What's the difference between a GLTQ and an FLTQ? How about between a lockbox and a leaderboard?

The same applies for new bonus types - you've seen the thread on the -3 Allies WD reward unit. No one understands what it means. The 10% Def Building bonus for this LE building is sort of the same, lots of people asking "huh? What's that for?" If we don't know why something is useful we won't spend gold or buy cash to get it. A great rule of thumb would be to announce the meaning of any new bonus or bonus that hasn't been given out for more than 6 WD cycles.

Really you don't know difference between leaderboard and lockbox yet? How long you been playing? -3 allies is pretty obvious (its also been explained very well here) and I wouldn't say no one understands it, just those that don't understand simple logic. And your last statement you don't seem to understand is pretty self explanatory 10% building defense. Won't comment on due to its exactly what the 2 words imply.

FLTQ and GLTQ are the same type of event. The is a slight difference between Lockbox and Leaderboard. While they are the same style of event, the Leaderboard events have an additional leaderboard for tokens acquired.
