It's just frustrating I no they will get around to it when they can just gotta be patient but when my faction are doing all the works just gets to me that's all the faster I get my acc back the better :)

Be patient is all I can say, I waited over a year for my ticket to be resolved, but I had to threaten to quit the game and stop buying gold. That persuaded them a bit.

So I made another request for my account transfer, stating that they stopped communicating with me on the first one. Within 24 hours they cancelled my second request, and marked my first request as "Being Processed." But, I have yet to get my account back and they didn't tell me anything else. They were right there and still couldn't type a small message of what was going on or how long it might take. JHC...
