It would be great if I could get some help with this. Been weeks. What they do is send an email just past midnight PST asking for more details. Then I reply and get no response back. I've given all my details including screenshots of my gold purchases. This is ridiculous. Request #1719956.

Lol yes I think they purposely tend to wait until 12-4am for who ever the tickets in reply to so they can send their generic response and continue down their list of replies without having to stop and actually handle something. As most people would be asleep or not think to check mail at that time. Many people I know have seen the same strategy used with their issues all from diff time zones but always seems to happen between those hours for them.
