When are the armor sets going to be issued for the event. I get a message saying we didn't partake which we did.

This is an issue that Gree knows and is currently working on. (Clicking on the quote below will take you to the original post)
We are aware that there were several issues regarding the Raid Boss event. Our teams are currently working on sorting them out and fixing them. Please remain patient as they continue to work on these and they may take some time. We will be updating everyone as soon as possible. Apologies for the frustrations and delay.

really weird... I have 3 accounts in the same guild.
One of them got its rewards, the other two listed an individual ranking but listed also that the guild didn't participate and got no reward. I think I should rename my guild "Schrödinger's Cat"... ;)

I'm the only one who got the rewards in TFW; I was online as the event ended and got three sets of awards (Guild vs. guild, Individual, Individual within the Guild, etc)...screenshot the whole thing so my mates can prove what is owed them, should the need arise.

On my game it shows me top raid guild is (only the best with 1,446,529,875) and the champion of the realm is(dk bop steel city with 56,432,534) this could be the problem agree

There is an iOS version of the game for Apple devices and an Android version for devices that run Android.
That is why the winners you see are different than the winners that another player might see. They are on iOS.
If you see friend codes starting with an "X" it is iOS, a code starting with "W" is Android.

I know there have been multiple posts about people not getting their rewards after the raid boss fights but I was told to post anyways just to make sure I was covered due to the fact that I didn't get a reward either. I know your team is doing the best they can please keep up the good work and thank you.

Ditto. Hopefully will get fixed soon. And apart from that hiccup, I thought the event was quite neat.

I guess they froze the rewards so they can first fix the standings (because of bugs) and only then release the rewards again. Otherwise a lot of people would get the wrong rewards resulting in a lot more work for gree (if they can even fix it afterwards)

What's going to happen to people getting kicked from guilds and their rewards? We have people we want to kick from our guild cause they did not get the minimum requirements but the question is are they going to get the rewards?

We'd also appreciate an official word on the current status of the rewards, however I understand it's just barely 8:30 am there, so I will try to be patient. :)

23 hrs later hence y u don't release some thing u got it worked right n then sum havnt logged in since Thursday lol high schoolers know n learn to work out things before releasing them. Yes you will always find exploits n bugs but not weekyly this bad lol come on gree fix this plz been almost a week for sum

I didn't see this mentioned and I'm curious:
I was plagued with the "can't enter game after update" bug (Raid Boss update), so I was late for the whole Raid Boss thing, and now my guild "didn't rank".
Did other players not being ranked also have "2 for 2" bugs, or is it random? I'd like to know if this issue troubles always the same players and are those bugs linked?
Or did some players have "no problem with update, but problem with rank" and vice versa?

To answer your question, this is the update:
UPDATE**** A fix addressing the various raid boss issues is currently in testing. Once deployed, Android players will once again be able to access the game. Once the updates for both platforms are out, we will begin issuing compensation and earned raid boss rewards****

It also seems that other Gree games are having issues and they are deploying updates.

Still nothing... come on I mean our guild may not have placed very high, but this is getting ridiculous between the never being able to trust if it will connect, the obviously rigged epic chests, and now this. Come on these are paying customers, and you guys are just getting more and more disappointing. I feel everyone that actually placed in this event should get the epic from it out of principle... but I know you guys are too cheap to do something like that for your customers, who by the way remain loyal despite the fact that you guys mess up all the time.

Anyways why is everyone so hasty, there is nothing in the rewards that will make a huge difference outside the top 10 guilds. We will all get our gold/armor/fusion boosts/gear soon and 2 min later it will all be fused, used or spent. QQ

Yes but there is a big difference between getting annoyed and being downright hateful almost every time he posts. There's no need to tell someone to shut up. It's rude and beyond disrespectful.

Do you really think they even listen to our complaints? I am sure there is only one person in their customer service department. And is he/she just copies and pastes canned responses into e-mails. Half the time I submit tickets I can tell they did not even read my problem, because the response is nonsense. Then they close the ticket. I highly doubt that the coders assigned to fixing this issue are also responsible for customer service responses.

Who has received their compensation rewards. I heard that some have while others have not. I usually do not mind missing out but this was promise to all and not everyone received them. that is not right, honor your word and ensure that everyone receives the comp awards:mad:

Some of my guild has received compensation (3 DP keys, gems and something else) I'm still waiting. This is very frustrating Gree, and the compensation doesn't sound adequate. I'm a paying customer.

This whole event has been a joke on us. Most of us got screwed on this. It has been a mess and the staff does not give updates and I honestly believe that Gree is hoping that this will die down.
Gree regular updates would be nice and is expected from a company that provides you with profit.

I've updated to the last update created, now the guild rank appears but still no rewards! I also got the compensation for the inconvenience, but NO REWARDS!

EDIT: Actually, if I kill the app in the ios screen and start it again, and then I go into the Raid event link, it tells me I still have 1.50 minutes for the event, then it shows me the champions and nothing else!
Ok, maybe I should stop worrying and just wait and stop, considering the fact I'm not even a paying customer, but I would like to say this anyway: I know this kind of things can happen sometimes, but seriously EVERYTIME there's always something that goes wrong. Another reason why I'll never spend money on this game. Sozza. Cool, I'll just wait relaxed from now on.

I already tried to do that, but nothing happened! I'll try it again and I'll tell you what happen
EDIT: I tried again, and now even if I kill the app it doesnt show me the countdown, but just the champions. But no rewards still. Maybe something is shaking btw, not like I would die if I dont get my 4s armor, money and boosts but you know, if now I even have to worry about the fact that I play and I dont get what I win, well then that's really the last drop that breaks everything.

So far three of our guys have gotten rewards, no similarity in how. If there's an update, do it. Let the timer run down. Click on Arena and then fight Hastur. *shrug* so long as you get it.

Already tried all of these things Rook, already did it. Even in my guild pretty much everyone (except me and another one) got the rewards. Only thing to do is keep waiting. I'll start up a new ticket in few days if nothing happens.

EDIT: Now that I checked better, it now says again that my guild didnt place into the rank. Ha, nice joke!
